⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter and I stayed at Tru Hilton Shepherdsville Louisville from August 7th to August 10th, 2025, during our very first holiday in America 🇺🇸 and everything was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which truly made a difference in our stay. The breakfast was excellent fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to start our mornings just right. My daughter especially loved the choices, and it gave us the perfect start to our days. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym. Both were clean, modern, and well maintained a real highlight after our long days exploring. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was comfortable, spotless, and the atmosphere was bright and welcoming. This stay gave us beautiful memories of our first trip to America, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making it special. We will definitely return the next time we are in Louisville!

That everything was so Perfect that I couldn’t have something to say about them. Ohhhhh I forgot the ATM 🏧 machine at the Lobby needs to be checked. It refused to pay 💰 us some Dollars, even though our Credit Cards worked fine in the City.😂😂😂

The staff was amazing! Went there for my 21st birthday and they treated me very good! They have a pool which is semi warm, a pool table, giant jinga, connect 4 also! The rooms was very well! Beds were comfortable they had soap for body hair and hands very neat!

I would recommend two pool tables just in case others wanna play instead of waiting for several hours for the other peoples game to end, the tv only has one hdmi and it controls YouTube Netflix etc,

Comfort of the room. Plenty of places to accommodate clothes and bathroom items. Really appreciated the body lotion that was supplied. Breakfast was great too and front desk helpful with dinner ideas. The blinds in the room kept the room very dark.

I'm a light sleeper and sometimes the noise from the street or highway bothered me.

Staff was very friendly and the location was in a safe, convenient area. It stayed very clean and the services were great!

Breakfast could have been better. I feel as though there was not enough variety and had a lot of the same foods each day.

The room was very simple in design and very clean. The soap dispensers were much better than the individual ones you get at other places. The window shades worked great to block out the sun and dampen some of the noise from the outside. We had a dog with us and they give you a hang tag for the door to let others know there is a pet inside. Overall it was a very good stay.

The mattress was too hard and the blanket/spread was very thin, there weren't any extra blankets in the room. There isn't a coffee maker in the room although it is available 24/7 in the lobby, but that requires leaving your room before coffee.

Staff were courteous, room was a great size, bed was comfortable, pretty much ticked every box for us.

You could hear planes landing at the airport, but this is what you sign up for when staying at a hotel in proximity of the airport, but either way, it did not bother us at all!

Room was spacious, and very clean. Beds really comfortable. Liked the large walk in shower.

Busy weekend with alot of kids in hotel, pool was closed for maintenance alot, and on last day was closed due to pump issue.

everything!!! the staff and facilities were great and very clean. the breakfast was delicious. ton of options. love the little store in the lobby and the game areas. beds were comfy. had a great weekend, will definitely come again!

Nice property, lobby full of games and very comfortable. Room was clean, bed were comfortable. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Pool was heated, great for the kids. Decent breakfast. Enjoyed staying at this location.

Location was great. Breakfast was very good. Loved the pancake machine.

Rooms are small and very minimal. Was hard for 2 people to move around the room comfortably. Our room was on 3rd floor in lobby area near elevator and ice machine. The ice machine on the first floor was broken so everyone came to the 3rd floor. Didn't appreciate someone getting ice one morning at 5;30 a.m.
