This property is so nice inside the bartenders were so nice but they loved working there every employee we talked to was very nice and accommodating I would give it 5 stars they even have security at night to make you feel safe it's pricey don't get me wrong but for us it was an experience not just a place to sleep highly highly recommend this property its a luxury hotel that has a great bar and restaurant so it's one stop for all your needs

There is no complimentary breakfast however they have a breakfast buffet with a omelate station and a very very nice and talented chef that makes them. The buffet is $16 a person but it's the nicest buffet I've ever seen good breakfast meats very very fresh fruit and about anything you could want I highly recommend the buffet to complete your stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also booked a small event room for our New Year’s party, and the banquet staff were all so lovely and helpful. Additionally, we were upgraded to a larger space, due to construction on the second floor. It was a lovely, lovely evening :)

This is no fault of the hotel, but there was a fire emergency during our New Years Eve party, which cut about 45minutes into our event. All good once we were allowed back in the building, though.

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms were very fancy for the price! My family and I loved staying at this hotel. It was in a quiet area and was not too far from many of the things we wanted to do in Kentucky.

Nothing negative to report, this was an excellent location and would 100% book it again in the future if we’re in the area.

I loved my stay! My room was so comfy and super clean! The bed was so comfortable…the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! I also received a complementary appetizer for dinner at Charred and complementary breakfast for both my daughter and I! Oh and snacks/water at the Elevator! I will be back in the future and suggest this hotel to my friends and family! Thanks so much!

I loved everything except for the fact I didn’t have a mini refrigerator in my room to keep my drinks cold.

Our stay was pleasant! The atmosphere was inviting and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and the gym had variety of options. And we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning.

The hot tub was closed but there was a sing informing us about the inconvenience.

When we arrived the hotel check in was very busy. They had apparently oversold King rooms so the desk staff asked if I would be willing to take a queen room. I agreed and he rewarded us with breakfast tickets.

Once we got to our room the Remote stopped working the TV. I attempted to use the buttons on the side to turn it off but it did not work. I called down and the front desk said that they did not have anyone on staff to come up to the room to see what the problem was. They offered us to move to a different room but I declined the offer. I just unplugged the HDMI cable from the back of the TV and it went off. Clearly staffing is still a problem. I know that they did the best that they could.

The room was very comfortable, after a long day from flying into Louisville it felt good to take a nice long shower, and great bed. I also liked that I could sign into my own streaming services. The one person who really stood out to me was Sybil at the front desk. She just made my day with her warm smile and friendly service. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable. It was quiet, clean, I love my room and everything was very comfortable

Having a hard time finding the gym. But that was nothing major and the ladies at the front desk helped me. Parking was a little hard as well when you arrived back at the hotel after 9:00

Cleaniness

Breakfast on Sunday the charging to room was out of order at buffet. Had to get money from atm and pay that charge also. Wasn’t told until after had food. Could have went out at a cheaper expense.

The breakfast buffet was incredible - second to none! Having access to the snacks - and appetizer! - from our “concierge connection” made us old folks feel like we were enjoying an ongoing party! Our room was awesome. It was a perfect stay.
