We had a great stay in one of the apartments with a huge balcony. The area is amazing and historic. You can walk to restaurants and start your hikes directly from the door. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need, beds are super comftable and a great 24/7 breakfast/brunch opportunity. Special thanks to Cristiano, an extraordinary friendly manager of this residence who made the stay especially nice and uncomplicated. We were very impressed by his helpfullness. He is doing a really great job!

This place was outstanding and we look forward to staying here again next year!!!! The value for what you get is amazing and the location to the good slopes cannot be beat. While the breakfast is minimal, a family can absolutely make it work. We bought fresh eggs and created a breakfast each morning. The fact that there is food available throughout the day is fantastic!!! Walking distance to great restaurants, walking distance to two lifts, and free laundry.... incredible. Staff was amazing and we look forward to coming back!

I would highly recommend Residence Cavanis Wellness and SPA . The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We did stay in the apartment nr 2 , the view was amazing. The staff very helpful and friendly!! Very close to the skiing area,many shops and restaurants. I would love to be back . Thank you for making our trip so special!!

Nothing to complain. The residence is perfect.

Location was superb. The person who we met Cristiano was very friendly and warm. Helped us with whatever we needed. We washed our clothes. We cooked a bit. Room size was good. Clean. Great views. The pantry was open all day. That was really a nice touch. The town Sappada is so pretty. Enjoyed walking around.

I wish there was different warm eggs dishes available for breakfast. No other complaint.

As we were running late for check in, the hotel management called us to make sure everything was okay. When we arrived, we were accompanied to our room and given a tour of the beautiful suite and facilities. It was a perfect spot from which to explore Sappada on foot. We were offered suggestions on dining in the area, given a map with a suggested walking itinerary as well as some interesting history on the village. We really enjoyed the 24 hour breakfast as well.

We loved everything about this place and the people.

Excellent location in the old town, by far less busy than Sappada center. Very good breakfast and loved the takeaway snacks/beverage available all day long. Very professional staff.

Bathrooms are a bit small and to be renewed

Excellent location. Apartments have all you need and beds, including the sofa bed, are comfortable. Fantastic Mountain Views. Varied breakfast and abundant.

Excellent location in old part of town, walking distance to the longest ski slope. Service was great, very attentive and helpful. The open all day pantry area is a great plus, with great variety of food, snacks and drinks.

Amazing place! In the middle of wonderful small mountain town, with magnificent view, lot of things to do and to explore! Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

The location is stunning most of the houses in the area are constructed completely of wood..looks beautiful really peaceful area aswell

Breakfast was not available but that was OK for us..we picked some up at a cafe
