The thermostats in these rooms don't seem to want to act right. I was cold for a good bit of my stay because the fan kept blowing out cold even tho I had it in 73 and HEAT. When I attempted to call the front desk, the pre-recorded message kept saying there was no one available. It was after hours, but I knew someone was there. I want to give them a 10/10, but they don't have microwaves in the rooms, and temperature is VERY important for comfort. Also, the price can be a bit cheaper, in my opinion. Other than these areas and the loud unexpected fire alarm situation, the room is good for what I need it for.

Everything was so clean and very comfortable. The room was a King bed with sofa bed and could have easily slept 4, but we were just a couple. There was plenty of room if we had taken 2 others along. The area is close to everything in Hendersonville. We skipped the breakfast so we can't comment on it. We were late check in and had traveled for several hours so didn't feel like an early breakfast. We were happy with our accommodations and will stay there again if we have a need for it!

There was really nothing to complain about or not like about this Hyatt facility.

Everything about the property was great! The staff were AMAZING and helped in any way they could. We had a team party in one of their banquet rooms and they made sure we had everything we needed. We gave them our leftover food and dessert from the party to thank them! They held down the fort with smiles on their faces when not only our 12u softball team was there for 6 days but when the rowdy group of baseball players showed up a few days later. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the facilities worked (besides one elevator that was pretty inconvenient when the baseball teams showed up lol). Breakfast was decent. The location of this hotel was PERFECT! Just 20 minutes or so outside of downtown Nashville. But there is a lot of stores and restaurants around to keep you entertained as well.

One elevator was not working but it was an inconvenience until the few baseball teams showed up. And even then it was just a little slower than normal. It also doesn’t have a laundry room which we could’ve used to wash our girls softball jerseys for the tournament we were there for.

The room was great. The lay out of room 421 was really nice. It was quiet. Unlike a previous visit to this hotel in the summer, the breakfast buffet was great. During the summer when we went to breakfast the only thing left was carbs. No proteins or eggs so we didn’t eat there. This time there was ample amounts of food for everyone and not just the people who got to the buffet first which was so nice.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Easy come and go, good lighting, good area with plenty of shops and food options, good ac unit, good fridge, 2 sinks to use, shower doors instead of curtains, and half room partition made it feel like a small apartment.

Early morning construction (even though we were warned), and getting a king room when I booked a double. Basic tv with too few channels. No microwave in the room (but easy availability in breakfast room downstairs.) A little too far from downtown Nashville.

The Breakfast was not as good as some other hotels. All of the hot food was barely warm and wasn't filled up in a timely manner. There was a lot of noise in the hallway at 6:00am -other guests, slamming doors. (Not the hotel's fault) There were dogs barking at night. (Only for a short time)

Convenient location for what we were in Nashville for, my son was leaving for the army from the MEPS Building. The room was clean and comfortable.

The air conditioner leaked all night into the carpet and it was soaking wet. My daughter’s shoes & phone charger were wet. No microwave or mini fridge in the room, either!!

Wonderful facilities! This was our first time at a Hyatt, it's jumping to the top of our list of hotels while traveling. The breakfast was by far the best complimentary we've had. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was excellent and the price was right

Missed a microwave

Breakfast was good and location seems excellent. We can access stores and shops easily. The front desk staff were excellent and the little late night treats like cheese cake, brownie or enormous chocolate chip cookies were easily purchased at front desk and visible for variety of choices. We have a dog and were able to be placed at end of building to avoid traffic. We extended our 7 day stay 3 days to watch the super bowl. Highly recommend Hyatt Place in Hendersonville.

Maybe need some instruction to guests as to how to handle unexpected annoyances....such as someone, somewhere nearby fighting and screaming profanities at 2 - 3 am....arguments can happen but awakens other guests. Just need to know how to immediately get help stopping it.

Very spacious , clean and friendly . Breakfast was delicious and kept refilling when needed. Liked having the sofa bed .

No queen beds - why? Daughter would like to bring her family back to Nashville but will probably have to choose a hotel with queen beds. ☹️
