Easy to find, very clean, friendly staff, continental breakfast was decent, better than most. Elevators work great and are fast which is a rare find in a hotel. Beds comfortable, spacious room, no weird smells, perfect temperature. Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash in rooms, blue dryer, iron / ironing board, cable TV (not a ton of channels but good enough). It was very quiet, I think I heard the people above us one time but it was just for a minute or two. They do have a pool which we didn't use, it's outdoor, kinda small, but looked well kept. Have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Beds was amazing comfortable and kids love the room. Very clean and room smelled good.

Being on 4th floor with small children. People under us complaining because my 3 year was up walking around at 730 am in morning.

Desk staff at check in were not friendly ,personable ,or talkative. Different person at checkout acted the same way. It seems like they are trained not to speak. Maybe 1 sentence at check in and 2 words at checkout.

Cleanliness and the staff were all amazing. Would definitely stay again. All the comforts of home while being far from home!

Beds are so high I had to jump up to them. Other then this I was very happy with the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful with our request and speedy responses. The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE!! And the available breakfast was a great treat!

There was an issue with room cards needing to be rekeyed several times.

Did not have a universal EV charger that worked on my network. Could not charge my EV while staying there.

The location was not in walking distance of downtown but an easy drive.
