Went for my daughter’s soccer tournament the location was perfect, the staff was incredibly friendly made check in smooth and even a great experience when I needed to add another night. Room was spacious, comfy and clean it was so nice to be on the 1st floor and near the pool for the kids. The pool was clean and a great source of burning energy after a long day. The breakfast is always fresh and a lot of great options put out. We loved waking to that every morning. It was quiet and truly an amazing experience.

Extremely steep driveway, but doable. Had a ladybug problem. I was told this as soon as I checked in so it was no surprise, and I’m from the South so it didn’t bother me at all but I can see how it may some people. They stayed around the ceiling so I never had contact with them.

It was fine. Was in the area for our son's wedding.

Surprised when went to check out was told card declined. When she reswiped it went through fine. When we checked in desk receptionist was complaining about computer system and the price was different from what we were originally quoted. Was little upset with that part of my visit.

The staff was responsive to our needs and friendly and gracious. The room was comfortable.

The bathroom sink had a slow drain and a ledge broke and fell from the wall in the shower and the maintenance worker is not available for the weekend.

ice machines were broken. the elevator stoped working it was repaired after a short time , I booked thru a party and no way at arrival to get military discount ,

Breakfast was very good and the staff member there was friendly and nice.

There was a long crack in the sink and a terrible repair job on the shelf in the shower. Not a deal-breaker, but doesn't make as good an impression.

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful.

$250 Security Deposit for local residents even with credit card. 'Heated' pool was a little too chilly.
