My husband and I stayed for 5 night stay. This was our first visit to the Cove. The pictures were true to life and the staff was amazing! Every morning walking past the main reception desk they would always say good morning but so helpful if you had any questions and a great spa with amazing staff so enjoyable!

I did read review and there was mention that the kitchen was well stocked but it was minimally stocked. The kitchen has everything you need but we now know to bring salt n pepper and bigger bowls because our kitchen had only small eating bowls. Also because this is a pet friendly room bring socks or slippers as our feet were black by the end of each day.

The lake view is incredible and worth the extra money. There is so much to do. The fire pits, two hot tubs and two pools with the possibility of renting paddle boards is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is super nice. The lakeview king suite we stayed in was clean and comfortable and fully equipped. The pool area is gorgeous.

Shades or blinds that keep the light out would be great as the bedroom was super bright at 5 am.

Location, views and the lake. The pools were nice a bit small. The suite was very lovely and enjoyed the fire bowls.

It wasn’t as dog friendly as hoped. It would be nice to have a designated area on the beach for dogs and there is a small area to the right that could accommodate this. It is part of the property but closed off from the main private beach of the resort. And regular maintenance or check for the fire bowls. One never worked.

We loved everything about this resort, a really amazing place for families

The only thing I didn't like was this booking.com scam because I got an invoice for a certain amount confirming the final price all fees included but then Hotel charged me 100 CAD more and booking said it's a hotel stay fee, but I didn't go directly through the hotel, booking confirmed different price than the hotel charged me. Very disappointing, it didn't happen before

Lovely hotel and location. Our stay was short so did not use spa, pools etc. But we went for a wonderful walk through a nut farm and neighborhood with beautiful houses to admire! The lake was beautiful. Wish we had had a longer stay planned here! Room was comfortable and clean. Good coffee. Close to restaurants, starbucks and some stores. Only complaint is can't check in til 5pm and have to be out by 10 am. Most hotels 3 or 4 pm check in, and 11 am check out.

The check in time was 5pm and the check out time was 10 AM

The staff were very helpful, accommodating an early check in and use of the facilities. Location is exceptional, the grounds were spectacular and the pool area was a great place to relax in the sun.

Took a bit of searching to find a spot in the parkade that wasn't reserved.

The server Lucas was very good attentive and friendly. I'd hire him for sure. The reception staff was also very good and quick.

They had no breakfast. Although the front staff gave us nearby suggestions.

Great location with an excellent view of the water. The place was clean and well appointed. I could see it being very busy and noisier in the summer months. But it was quiet in the Spring.

The couch was very uncomfortable and not enjoyable to sit on. Although we didn't spend much time in the room, when we did there wasn't a nice comfortable place to sit and relax inside so we spent much of the time on the deck.

This was a welcome surprise after our stay at another place . It was so clean big comfortable and quiet. Just loved the place. And out dogs were welcome.

No real complaints Son said he wished the whole vacation was at this place

The rooms were incredibly spacious with breathtaking views of the Okanagan lake and mountains. Having a restaurant right at the resort was also extremely convenient.
