We have stayed here before as a couple 10 years ago & decided to revisit with our children. Close walk to the RER station, nice takeaway reasonably priced and patisserie store! An hour from Paris & 15mins to Disney on RER. Staff always friendly and helpful, can leave luggage at hotel for €3 before check in time. Small shop with essentials and restaurants on site.

Had to ask for room to be cleaned and new towels even though we left sign on door otherwise great. Supermarket closed so left a little stuck for picnic/food at Disney.

We stayed at the hotel when visiting Disneyland. We needed a base to sleep and this was perfect for that. The room was clean, the shower was powerful, and the staff were friendly. We are a family of four and I would recommend this hotel for a Disney stay when you do not plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel and just need a base. It is a shortish walk from the train station and there is a McDonald’s and supermarket nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast although there was an extra charge for it.

The room is very basic, which was to be expected for the price. There was no kettle, which I believe is common in Europe. All sounds from other rooms could be heard in our room - the walls are thin. The pillows were very big/full and personally found the pillow uncomfortable because it was too high, but that is a personal preference. The bedding was thin (more of a bedspread, not a duvet) but the weather was hot and we were not cold in the room. The bathroom is small but adequate for what we needed.

I had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The breakfast was simple but satisfying—just what I needed to start the day. The location is also a big plus—easy access to Disneyland and only about a 10-minute walk from the station. Would definitely recommend!

Just a heads-up for future guests: the city tax is not included in the total price when booking and must be paid separately at the hotel upon arrival—this wasn’t clearly stated beforehand. Additionally, a €99 pre-authorisation charge was applied (protection against damages), which wasn't mentioned in the hotel’s policy. It would be helpful if these additional charges were communicated more transparently.

After carefully reading all of the reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised. For such an excellent location (20 mins to Disney) (45 mins to CDG airport and 1hr to Paris) it was such good value. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. I brought a travel kettle. Apart from that the hotel has everything you need. We didn’t opt for breakfast, there is a shop right at the train station (10min walk) where you can buy croissants fruit for really cheap :) Bussy Saint George is a lovely quiet/safe neighbour hood and has a few restaurants/cafes

I loved the room you assigned to my daughter, husband and children. They loved it too, and the children loved the bunk beds. It made a lovely start to our holiday at Disneyland and proximity to the Disney Parks will mean that we will book again. Thank you. The food was very good and extremely good value for money.

There wasn't much food choice for our gluten free daughter. She asked for some help but the staff were very vague. She is celiac and cannot tolerate gluten at all.

This hotel was perfectly situated. Fabulous for Disney and not far from Paris. It was easy to find. It was a short 10 minute walk to the train station and only 2 stops to Disney. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, a good selection for the price. The bathroom was on-suite, which is good, if a little small. Bedding and towels clean. We had a fab visit, staff were helpful, parking reasonable and very well organised. All in all a great hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful, they spoke English which was excellent as my French is extremely limited. They explained the key cards, and how to get in and out of the gates to the hotel. Staff on reception 24/7 which was nice to know. The room was okay, beds were fine for 3 nights. Bathroom was basic but big enough room to do what was needed in there and shower. For the price I cannot fault and I would stay again! The rooms were very quiet, I couldn’t hear anyone in the other rooms, it was only slightly noisy as a group of school children were on a trip so you could hear them running down the corridors, but this was not the hotels fault.

A kettle + hot drink facilities in the room would have been appreciated, but they did sell hot drinks on reception. No safe or secure facility in the room that we could find either.

Great location for disneyland, only a few stops on the train, and hotel is close to the train station with a 15 minute walk. Central paris is less than 30 minutes away in other direction. Breakfast was also good quality and with price paid in total very good value for money. Would recommend and stay again.

A perfect hotel for our Disney stay. 10 Mins walk to train station then 2 stops from Disney. Hotel is cheap and cheerful, but we hardly spent any time there other than to sleep. Staff very friendly. Liked the later 12pm checkout. Room very clean. Free wifi. Would stay again

Nothing - look it’s not the ritz but then we only paid £35 a night for 3 people. I’ve stayed in much worse places and paid much more.

Lovely and quiet clean room, friendly staff

My husband and son wanted an extra pillow as well as myself. I was told we could only have 1. It did say on the listing extra were available but when I asked they said I could only have 1 . Despite there been 5 of us in the room. 3 of us who all like that little extra comfort.
