I stayed here while walking the Camino and appreciated the flats—they’re spacious, with a full kitchen and a washer, which is gold after a long day on the trail. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, peaceful setting, and a decent location near restaurants and grocery stores. The place has good bones and lots of potential, especially for pilgrims traveling in small groups. But it’s not without flaws: there was an issue with the washing machine hose disconnecting, flooding the room, and with no staff around in the afternoon, I had to track down a mop from the café staff. That kind of hands-off service doesn’t quite match the price or potential. Still, I’d stay here again—just bring a little patience and maybe your own mop.

The lovely spacious room with cooking facilities and fridge. There was a good supermarket and other shops within a short walking distance, and it was easy to get into the centre of Pontevedra. My favourite place was the cafeteria with views over a small river from the terrace. The two barmen were excellent, very professional and hardworking. They deserve a medal each.

Very often there was no hot water when I wanted a shower. The cooker was faulty which I reported when I left.

The apartment was very spacious and confortable. It was specially well situated, and with a couple of cheaper parking spaces nearby

We had the luck of arriving in the middle of the city festivities, so at night it was a bit noise until a bit late. The door in our room didn't lock from the inside, which we were told was going to be fixed soon

The room was a very good size, with a separate sitting room/kitchenette. There was a washing machine in a separate small room and the lady on reception brought us up washing powder. The staff in the cafe/bar were very helpful as well, providing us with extra tapas as nowhere else was open as it was a Sunday evening.

We arrived on the street of the building and we went downstars for the main door. When we arrived at the main door the door was closed. We called and we had to go upstairs again with the bags in order to enter the hotel using the bar door. This was hard. In sum the hotel guests arriving late should be informed in advance to go for the bar. This will save time and effort to the guests.

Location was excellent for old town and onlt ten min walk to get on Camino route. Apartment was spotless and staff at reception were really helpful in advising us of beach and supermarket in area.. Bathroom door was a bit stiff to open but a little oil would sort. Option of minibar in fridge was very good and also washing machine there. Would recommend .

Nothing not to like

Lots of space in the apartment. Fantastic location. Easy to find and a great place to explore the city from.

Two things to be aware of. The kitchen is well sized but not well equipped. E.g. Only two glasses, no washing up liquid. The sound proofing wasn't great.

Huge place with nice living room, small kitchen, and even a small laundry room. Excellent air con, wifi, and comfy beds. They supplied laundry soap, helped us print some luggage labels, and overall were super friendly and helpful! Location is great for exploring the town.

There is a charge for dish cleaning supplies, which wasn't an issue for our one night stay but for an extended stay this is very odd.

The location was great for Camiño walkers. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was large with great shower

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Property had an elevator. Had wine in refrigerator for purchase.

No kitchen appliance to cook water for tea, just one large soup pot. No kitchen towel or paper towels to mop up. Unable to leave windows open at night due to outside lights and traffic.
