I really liked this hotel, with one or two niggles. The staff were fantastic. They are so nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The beds are very comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel - right in the centre of the town, but very quiet. Breakfast was great as well. We also had a great barbecue in the hotel restaurant (as opposed to the brasserie).

I could not find a lounge, which was disappointing. There were seats, but it was in a walk-through area, or a few in the bar. We were there for 4 days and it would have been nice to sit somewhere. The shower was incredibly slippery. They did not have any mats. This was poor. The swimming pool was a small pool in the spa. It was not free, and it was very confusing how much it was to use it. The literature said €30 for guests, but the front desk seemed to suggest it was €5. We never found out. The food in the brasserie was great the first time, but then not so good. What restaurants put salads under the hot lights? They were inedible.

Hotel is a little out of date but very well maintained and perfectly clean Air conditioning is loud (but temperatures were exceptional) :)

What a gem of a place, we were travelling from Austria to England, so we just planned this for convenience. We did not expect it to be as good as it was. It was the top end of 4*. Friendly amenable staff, breakfast was fantastic, and it also had a spa and pool.

We had a meal in the restaurant, the food was lovely quality. But it was Friday night, and the waiter, who was also lovely, had loads of tables, so service was a little slow.

Stylish Modern Great Breakfast and Clean

We came to this hotel after driving 6 hours after returning from our Italian holiday. The reason we chose this place was to return to England refreshed by using its spa and pool. When we entered the hotel, they charged €30 per person for the spa and €5 per person per hour for the pool. This was a big disappointment for us. We went to the room and the view from the room was the ventilation shaft and the wall of the other building. This was our second disappointment. We went back to the reception and explained our sadness. Recepsitonist Miss Ségolène also made the spa available to us by paying only the pool fee. Gave us another suite. The room and breakfast were very good.

Deluxe Room was excellent, good size and direct access (elevator) to the spa. The staff is very helpful and kind (some minor "issues" were immediately resolved to our satisfaction). The restaurant is very nice, good food. Free parking is a plus (although the outside parking lot was full at some point). Good location to explore the area (although some "famous" hikes were a bit far out).

The hotel is really nice, it's well located and his nice facilities. Super friendly staff, really helpful. The hotel has outside and underground parking. Breakfast is a buffet and plentiful, with hot and cold options. Restaurant is really good as well, maybe a bit pricey but the food was excellent.

The only negative point would be the noise of the air conditioning. It was really loud and hindered me in my sleep. As it was really hot outside, we had to have it on.

The ladies at reception, both on the night and day shifts, were so welcoming and professional. The room was just what I’d hoped for, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The only thing missing was a bottle opener, which made it a bit tricky when I wanted to enjoy a drink from the minibar, but I eventually managed. Overall, I still had a very pleasant stay.

It was in a central location, it was well decorated throughout. The staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and great en-suite bathroom facilities. The air-con was a real bonus during the period we stayed there. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options. We were in Marche during the Marche 1900 festivities ( we didn’t realise this was on) and had concerns re: noise at night but the room had good sound proofing even though we were directly above the square.

It would have been great to have the pool included in the price of the room but at 5 euro pp for 2 hours it was a very good deal.

Breakfast -lots of it and the tarte de cafe was to die for….and the atmosphere of the hotel and the bathroom was spacious and so was the room. Location of the

Bed was low and soft and I got backache and bad night sleep. Swimming pool was tiny and only a part of it could be used for swimming as there were water falls, jets, and an aqua bike. With 6 people on the pool it was the impression of being packed

Lovely terrace bar and restaurant. Short walk to town plaza with sweet bar scene.

We used the spa which was appreciated but a little small and overcrowded when we were there. Pool is really just a small indoor soaking pool. Parking while free was tight and we ended up parking on the street overnight.
