View superb!, very clean house, close to mall and legoland (walking distance). Complete with washing machine, vacuum, towels, toiletaries etc. Recommended for big family. Staff very helpful and fast reply.

This condo still new, lot of empty units, entrance at the back of building so need to walk bit far to the front. Parking at level 5 and bit difficult to enter for big car due to narrow path. Some item need to be replaced and checked before arrival of guest e.g Iron board not working and door lock loose but it's not something major to me. It would be great if the unit come with dryer too.

The location was perfect about 5-10 minutes walk from legoland. The staff were friendly, he waited us patiently when we checked in at 8:30 in the evening. They also allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time.

I highly suggest that management change pillowsheet and bedsheet to maintain hygiene of the property. We book three rooms. First room, my child was complaining as her pillow and bed sheets were smelly and have plenty of hairs probably from previous customer. The smell from the drainage was also too strong it reach the rooms. Second room there were chips also from previous customer. And likewise for the third room.

Everything was ready.. security was good.

The place was still undergoing renovations..was a bit dusty outside and the roads outside the apartment can be more repaired well. And only one shower had hot water facility.

Very nice and comfortable. Services was excellent. The host is very efficient in acknowledging all queries. The master bedroom aircon was faulty but someone was sent over to look in it even it’s was late at night and it was resolved immediately.

Only the sofa is not comfortable to seat. I think needs to change. Also the service balcony cannot close and lock. Quite dangerous. Carpark was very narrow. Inconvenient to go in and out.

Ibrahim, the resident keeper, was good. We liked the space as booked the Family Three-Bedroom Apartment unit (23A-05). We were 2 Adults, 2 elderly and 1 todler, and the place had 3 bedrooms. The Masterroom had King bed while the other common rooms had Queen beds. However, the unit was located at Tower 2 which was far and not a very convenient walk for Erderly and young Child/ren.

Had to place a RM500 deposit for Damage Security when the Unit itself already had existing damages (I.e. chairs broken, sofa with hole, stove not working, light switches damaged, etc.). Luckily we reported our findings earlier, else not sure if we will suddenly be penalised for the existing damages thus losing our deposit. O yes, we also found cockroaches (from bathroom drain) and Ants (in cabinet) creeping at night. Had to use towels to cover the drains the following night. Lastly, there was also no hairdryer provided.

Apartment management should need to make a complain for the water pleasure. 1) master room bathroom can take bath 2) other toilet is not avalible for take bath (cz the no water) 3) That is toilet in the master bedroom has a smell that cannot be get rid off (no matter how many times i flush). other is ok. mu kids are love it their room design.

Fast response from host. Washing machine for washing laundry. Sufficient hangers provided. Have hair dryer, iron board and iron. Feel like home.

Upon checking in, there are stains here and there, informed host and he got his workers to come clear immediately. No garbage bag provided for replacing into bin after throw away garbage. We stayed 4D3N. Parking up to level 5 is very narrow. Need to drive super careful. Ended up we park at road side parking space for the remaining 3days.

I like the cleanliness of the apartment which includes the beds and the toilets. Beds are comfortable. The apartment is spacious. There is a washing machine with one packet of detergent that we can use which is really convenient since we went to legoland waterpark and all the wet clothes can be washed, and dried for us to pack them back into our luggage. There were a lot of hangers to be used to hang clothes. You can also watch netflix on tv. The staff that gives the keys and collect them are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their responds to my messages were very fast.

The building looks deserted, i guess it is the same with other buildings there at medini. The parking looks horrific. The path towards the apartment was a bit dark and a bit scary if ladies want to walk alone on their own. Although medini mall is just across the road, i had to go down using the elevator but the elevator is only facing towards the other side of the mall. I had to walk around the apartment building to get to the main road and walk accross it to get to the mall. Even though it is a walking distance towards the mall, a bit scary to walk around the building at night alone because it is very dark and the bulding is too tall with too many storeys that it looks like there is nobody living in there. I was not able to connect my phone to the wifi.

The house was clean and comfortable. My family booked this place because it was near to Legoland, it's just a short walk to Legoland which was very convenient with kids. Nearby a mall where there' is food and supermarket. Check in was easy and they were very responsive. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay there.

We had to park on the 5th floor and the ramp up the carpark is very narrow. The water heater in one of the bathroom was not working and suggestion to let guests know where to throw the rubbish. In

Very helpful to assist us extend the stay at the D’Pristine Apartment, though we requested a last minute extended of the room. The room is clean and comfortable. Aircon works good too.
