The hotel was clean and well maintained, pool was lovely, staff were exceptional. Room was comfortable and overall it felt like we were visiting family more so than strangers. The manager Luciano was a gentleman a fantastic host as were all the staff, I will metion Giovanni, Matt, Maria and Dominica as we mainly dealt with them. When we went to train station we were dropped and collected by staff from hotel. We relaxed at hotel for 3 days and the food was lovely and Luciano himself prepared some off menu dishes for us which were delicious. He as a manager makes sure all residents are looked after, he also organised a trip for us. Overall our trip was memorable and we visited Sorrento Naples Pompeii and Capri from this location via Leopardi train station which is a few mins in car from hotel.

There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like, however the town itself has not much facilities ie restaurants or supermarket nearby.

The hotel was situated in a quiet area, which made the stay more relaxing because it felt like your own private paradise. Although abit old fashioned in its decor, the quality of the materials can't be criticized. Our room was spacious, all the mod cons, and the bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend. But I think what makes this hotel a standout is the staff. They are just wonderful. We loved them all, in particular Luciano, Anna, Maria. Their attention to our needs was outstanding. From excursions to recommendations, they knew how to guide us. We took advantage of their expertise and not once did they disappoint. The one day we stayed at the hotel was spent lounging around the salt water pool. Towels aplenty. Just easy. The food, the food. My husband is mad for everything, especially fish. Our travelling companions were eager for new tastes. Me? Im abit of a vegetarian. Our main man Luciano made sure I was taken care of every single time. They knew our names. They asked how we were. By the end of the week, we felt like family. I would go back tomorrow.

Um. To be honest, I can't think of a single thing except the cold water in the shower will be temperamental.

A lovely friendly hotel with spacious, clean, air-conditioned bedrooms with great views and comfortable beds. The pool was perfect to spend the mornings before we headed out to see Pompei, Mount Versuvius in the afternoons. Lots of free parking. We hired a car, which made it very easy to visit everything, although the hotel does offer a shuttle. Great breakfast in the mornings with an amazing attentive server who remembered all our drinks after day 1, which were swiftly brought to our table.

We loved this hotel. If I was going to say anything that could have made it easier would be if the hotel served sandwiches or snacks for lunch by the pool.

Beautiful hotel!! Location was perfect for us as we were in Italy for our sons wedding at a nearby winery... Room was comfortable with an amazing view.. Beautiful pool area.One of the best places we've stayed in Italy.... Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful with whatever we needed . On site restaurant was fantastic incredible food and a view of the Sea, Sorrento and Capri.. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Only complaint I have is the pillows were uncomfortable...minor detail Wish you had a spa. A nice massage or facial would have been extra perfect

The hotel is immaculately clean. The room was big and the bed so comfortable. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast had a good selection. The shuttle to the train station in the village is a brilliant idea. The pool area is more than great and the grounds are immaculate.

We loved it all. However if you want to get about be prepared to have either organised something or take the local trains which are very efficient.

This hotel is a small gem with lovely facilities. It is set in the peaceful suburbs at the bottom of the volcano providing a calm and immersive local experience. Luciano and all the staff went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. He and Anna met our flight and the cost was sensible having done our own research into taxis. They gave us help with tours and excursions. Gluten and lactose intolerances were well catered for. The views are breathtaking. Would highly recommend staying here.

little far from the city but good location and lovely view. Owner of the hotel & staff are welcoming, friendly and cooperative. I was not happy with the choices of breakfast options, but Mr. Giovanni make us special breakfast on request : )

I think they need to improve breakfast choices. its way to simple breakfast as compare to similar category and rated hotels. Breakfast make you feel that you are staying in budget hotel. Baby chair are not safe to use, I inform the management I hope they will replace them immediately.

Beautiful hotel with lovely surrounds and glorious pool and poolside with manned bar. The expansive room had fabulous views from the large L shaped balcony toward Isola Capri on one side and Mt Vesuvius on the other side. Hot water was instantly available. Buffet breakfast had a plentiful choice of fruit, cereals, patisserie, and hot choices incl. scrambled eggs, served in the restaurant with great views of the poolside and Vesuvius. The staff were a real bonus - so helpful and willing. Well done all.

The dinner menu was small and never changed, which was a shame. Dinner could be a lot more imaginative. Surprising really as it is also an 'events' hotel with a large hall at the rear and a large al fresco 'events' dining area. In comparison the restaurant/pizzeria 300m up the hill had a menu 4 times bigger at a third of the price.

When we arrived we couldn't believe our luck. A hidden gem that looks so good in real life. The staff were amazing all week, especially the super helpful Antonio and Thomas who treated our girls like his own. We loved the pool and just chilling out in this area. The room was spacious, we had a double bed and a double sofa bed and still there was enough room. There was a good breakfast and the lunch/evening menu gives you enough options for a few days.

Nothing really. The location means you ideally need a car to get here but it's worth it. There is a train station in Torre Annunziata but you'd need to know the timetable.

This hotel met all our expectations. Antonio at the reception, and Giovanni at breakfast were both very helpful, and the rest of the staff too. The rooms are big, the mattress is comfortable. Beautiful view to Vesuvio and the sea. Gluten free options are available, ask for it as it’s not displayed. Tea, coffee, kettle in the room. Swimming pool is a bonus even if it was cold this time of the year, it was lovely to chill out at. For us it was the perfect location to discover the area (Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvio, Amalfi coast), we hired a car, they have a huge parking space. We booked wine tasting with them and it was a great experience.

It was a bit difficult to get the right temperature out of the bath tap.
