After running a busy business, a much-needed holiday was exactly what we needed, and The 101 Bali Fontana delivered in every way. It was amazing to get away with my partner and unwind in such a beautiful setting. 🏖️ The staff were simply amazing—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was a real highlight too, with delicious options that made every meal something to look forward to. 🍽️ We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend The 101 Bali Fontana for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

While our stay at The 101 Bali Fontana was mostly enjoyable, there were a few areas that fell short. Unfortunately, running a cleaning business makes us a bit more aware of cleanliness, and we did notice some areas in our room that weren’t as clean as we would have expected. However, the staff were very accommodating and happy to reclean our room while we went out exploring, which we really appreciated. Their willingness to address the issue made a big difference in our overall experience.

Welcoming drinks, snacks, and bracelets were things my kid loved! We love this hotel because of the safe location for families with kids and clean sheets, AC, and small swimming pools for kids. Lunch at the restaurant by the pool was tasty. The staff working at the noodle stands and the female staff who guided us to the seat at the restaurant were so kind, and their soups were great! The new facilities and access to the ocean and malls were amazing too. There are many restaurants in the mall next to the hotel.

The quality of tap water... Since some videos about the quality of water in Bali are easily found on YouTube, I took our water filter from my country. After taking a shower on the first day, the filter turned brown. As my hubby works in the water field, we heard why it happened from him, so it is nothing the hotel can do for the quality of the water. As a mom of a child, the quality of the water is the one thing I was disappointed with. But we love the hotel, and my son keeps talking about how good the hotel was and really wants to stay here again. We will get more filters when we stay here next time.

Comfy and very clean hotel. The hidden gem was the Sunny16 Cafe, one of the hotel restaurant. The western foods were brilliant! Although I was facing with some delayed time of the food served, but after my complaints the hotel management was so attentive on the customer service, and as a compensation they did a compliment onto me a free rice cracker snacks while I got to continue waiting for my foods + they also provide me a 15% discount on my overall food bill after check out. Absolutely surprised services that I seldom met. I'm definitely will come back for my next stay:)

Perhaps the hotel management can arrange and provide a small table and chair (pairs) for people who wish to feel just play a relaxed time at the balcony.

Highly professional management adds to the comfort of this well run establishment. Mr Karta treats all clients with respect and kindness but if you are a repeat visitor you are a prized entity. All staff are well trained in hospitality and are attentive, responsible and kind. Special attention is given to celebrations, regular cultural dinners and sumptious breakfast buffets. Fontana Hotel is always on my list when I book my regular visits to stay in Bali.

The staff were absolutely amazing and always super friendly and helpful. We especially loved the cute touches like our daily towel animals made by the amazing Arya. The hotel setup was very cute and very relaxing. Our room was always kept immaculate and was a great size for a family. I love the fact that staff always remembered our names and addressed us in such a beautiful, polite manner. We felt extremely safe and comfortable and with a young child travelling with us this was very reassuring. It was my birthday during our trip and all the staff sang and congratulated me on my birthday and gave me a beautiful cake. A beautiful, heart-warming touch.

Having to go back home and leave Bali.

Breakfast was great. Good variety of food, excellent choices of western, Asian and middle eastern options. Staff very helpful always engaging positively. Front office check in quick and easy. Rooms always cleaned well, facilities in room excellent. Pillows were great for a good nights sleep. A great pool which the kids enjoyed.

Very minor point in that there are no power points beside the bed. Having one would have been helpful for recharging devices.

A fabulous hotel, stayed in the pool access room and it was very clean and comfortable with great access to the pool. Daily room cleaning. The pool and sunbeds are great. Great coffee and breakfast at the Sunny Cafe on site. Friendly staff. Beds are large and comfortable. Slippers and robe supplied. Amazing bathroom with hot water in the shower and toiletries supplied. New smart TV, nice lighting, Staff helped me to find my sunglasses!!! Terima Kashi.

Huge breakfast buffet. Worth every penny. clean room, perfect location with many restaurants, convenient stores, laundry stores within walking distance just outside the hotel. Bed was huge and comfy. Rooms are prefect size. Perfect 4 star hotel, exceeded expectations compared to other hotels. Online Pictures don’t justify the hotel, the hotel is very clean and tidy. Bathroom is clean. Everything perfect.

There was constant humming noise like some motor running at night.

The breakfast was nice. The location is ok. Worth for what one pays. The pool and the cute cafe were awesome!

Could use more of the ourdoor space for breakfast as inside is a bit dark A bit far from the beach. Would be great if you have free shuttle service

The Staff as many have said it before is exceptional, alone for this I’d come back! Everyone needs a raise :D But also the massive breakfast buffet was great, though it could need a little less oil! The rooms where nice, not noisy, except from the outside but not within the building and we expect smell from bathrooms in Bali, so it didn’t bother us! We had a balcony and the pool was lovely, including the daybed area!

Sadly the breakfast was fairly oily and it made both my partner and myself feel a little sick. I needed a good internet connection, but the internet/ WiFi did disappointed me the most, it was just simply not good enough to attend a zoom call with my university. The music was quite loud from the outside, didn’t bother us too much but it didn’t stop until 10pm ish
