The location was wonderful and the facilities were great 😃 The staff were always pleasant.

The only issue with the establishment was that there were insufficient parking bays during peak times, which entails parking away from the building down the road. The cleaning staff were very hit and miss. After arriving back to the room at around 9pm I had to call the night security to bring fresh towels and remove rubbish. We also noticed that over the period of a week the cleaning staff never cleaned the floor, which was disappointing given that there were so few people staying at the place at the time.

Great location, great rooms, awesome view, this is an amazing place for staying at Khanom beach.

Food choice is eatable but very very really limited and long to get delivered in room. Breakfast is really not great at all… Need more people in kitchen and for the breakfast service in general to care. Food quantity was quickly consumed with.. no replacement and some bread cooking was electric items are not working… It doesn’t match with luxury level of the hotel. Maiden are also dropping all the bed sheets to be cleaned in the stairs and so, block people to use the stairs until 2pm. With one lift, very slow it it’s not really efficient and easy for customers. You have to wait a long time in front of the lift for nothing…

The hotel is a beautiful and fantastic hotel. I booked for three nights. I stayed 6 nights. I loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is right on the beach with fantastic views. The food was good and freshly cooked. The bath on the balcony is a nice touch. Some nice restaurants are nearby. You get free pool/ beach towels. And again the staff are really helpful, and gueinly helpful. Book it. I don't think you will regret it It would be a fantastic place for a honeymoon

There is nothing to not like about this hotel. This area is still recovering from the effects of covid, so there are a lot of closed businesses in the area. I feel this area will really take off soon. You need a car or bike (I hired a hotel bike) to get around. I have lots of ideas for added benefits the hotel could use to enhance the syay and keep customers on site.

The rooms were so beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. They staff were so friendly and helpful. It was my boyfriends birthday and I asked the staff at reception if they could help organise something. They left a beautiful setup and fruit platter on the bed waiting for us. We will definitely be back! The sunrise view from our balcony was incredible 😍

The waves are quite loud at night for those who like complete silence. For me I loved it and put me right to sleep!

could be more loungers down on the beach and umbrellas. A few trash bins outside would be good as well. A bit chintzy with water left in the fridge considering you can’t use the water in Thailand

we’re driving from malaysia and stay at this amazing place. Room very clean, comfortable, and luxury modern design. The room price is cheap. Staff very friendly. Location near khanom town very convenient. Also thanks to mattias for the anniversary surprise. We have wonderful stay at this hotel. We will come again

One elevator & staff ask you not to use the stairs. Weird but this is nitpicking
