We stayed at Adelaida Pensionne Hotel for 3 nights. Overall, it offered great value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient—close to shops, eateries, and the town center.

There are a few things that could be improved: There was no secondary lock on the door, which would be helpful for added safety and privacy. Rooms were not soundproof—we could hear roosters crowing early in the morning, tricycle noises, and people talking outside. The bathroom vent wasn’t working. The towel rack was placed inside the shower area, so towels and clothes would get wet. It would be better placed behind the door, and there was also no extra hook for hanging clothes.

Really clean room, with extremely good air-conditioning. Balcony is nice place to hang out, overlooking main road to watch Philippine life go past. Staff are friendly and non-invasive, treated us like a normal couple which can be sadly lacking in some other places. Just 5 minute walk to beach, can do in standard beach wear. Mobile network coverage is really good and I was able to work there without any disconnections. Hotel Wifi is good too.

There is no refrigerator or kettle, but that is to be expected at that price (hot water is provided free of charge downstairs in thermos flasks).

The hotel is around 10 min away from the port by motorbike or local transport tricycle. Check in was fast and smooth. The staff in charge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. My room was in the 3rd floor and with window facing the street. Good view of the street. It also has a wide balcony. The room is clean and with basic amenities. Air-conditioning and hot shower are functioning well without problems. Wifi is stronger downstairs. The hotel can serve breakfast upon order/ additional payment. Guests can eat at the dining area downstairs. No AC, just fan, but beach attire is okay. The hotel is around 10 min walk to the beach and the road is concrete and very walkable. The hotel is also distant from the noisy area with lots of restaurant so it is quiet at night. The staff helped in providing motorcycles and tour guide. The beach has a great view, sand and local/ tourist crowd. I plan to stay here again when I visit Sta Fe/ Bantayan next time. Bantayan Island has lots to offer in terms of beaches and nature spots. 3-4 days is recommended for the visit.

Hopefully, the wifi in the rooms can improve.

We arrived early and planned to check out early as well so we requested if we could have an early check in. They didn't charge us for the early check in and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ms Lovely who is indeed very lovely. We loved our stay here and the location is great. Some facilities were quite old, water pressure was quite poor but we have the tabo and timba so that's fine. Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean.

The water pressure in the shower is poor and medyo maalikabok at some parts but that's fine.

Friendly staff, good location. Bed and pillows were great. Aircon cold. Comfort room had toilet with spray hose and removable shower head. Beach only 250m straight walk and only 10mins by foot to town centre.

Low water pressure with bathroom tap. No ref (fridge). Had a shared fridge downstairs. Free WiFi had low signal at times. You tube a bit sporadic at times. Can be noisy, it’s on a main road with a local house across the road which house 24/7 roosters, a goat and assorted dogs .

The location is easy to navigate and near the beaches. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and the aircon and shower were working very well. You could also cook , they have cooking utensils , dining tables and set of plates spoon fork knife etc and a refrigerator. There's also a convenience store across , very convenient

Really clean and well run hotel. Good location, just short walk to the beach, and nice evening stroll to the main restaurants of Santa Fe. Lovely balcony overlooking main one way road, watching Filipino life pass by. Friendly non-invasive staff, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Maybe a fridge and kettle in room would have improved our stay. But they do have a shared kitchen area with free hot water.

We have free pickup at the port, which is very nice. The staff is polite and accommodating. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. There is hot shower not too strong or low, just average. They provide clean white towels and soap, toothpaste, conditioner, shampoo (sachets). They have hangers in closet. They have a rug in the bathroom door. Overall for the price and location is worth to stay here. And we get our day tour here for 5 location which i think is okay for the price. And polite and nice driver. We have pleasant stay here walking distance to sugar beach.

On our first night we saw cockroach in the toilet (small and big) 😅. And ants seems a problem in toilet and windows. Tv not working properly, nothing shows in the screen. But it was great stay anyway.

Hotel staff are easy to deal with, anything we wanted could be asked at the lobby, since there is always someone at front desk. Ask for breakfast the day before so they can prepare ahead. Follow the reminders of the guy who lent the motorbike as there are roads that are ONE-WAY. Ticket cost P200, and there are enforcers waiting on tourist who makes wrong turn on those one-way streets.

A simple full length mirror would be a good addition to the room. Other than that we have no complaints.

Walking distance to sta fe market and kota beach. Free pick-up at the port. Accommodating staff. They immediately replaced the towel they initially provided coz it was too old that the fabric sticks to your skin after bath. They also lock the main door at night for added security.

AC isn't cold enough for the room maybe because it was really hot when we were there. The thickness of the foam in Rm301 isn't the same. One is thinner than the other. Would have been better if they were both thick.
