The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to many resturants, close to SOGO causeway bay, close to Hysan place to. The room is clean and the concierge staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel has shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable price. You don't to drag your luggages across the train station. Especially if you are traveling with young kids, the shuttle service is very convenient.

The hotel room is old. It can definitely use an upgrade. Also the beds are a little hard, I can feel the spring on my back when I'm sleeping. I hope they will renovate soon.

The location is excellent and near the MRT/tram/bus stations, a comfy place to stay. The receptionist was friendly and upgraded my room type, but after asking for it 😀

Location was great with many restaurants around walking distance. Room was clean and comfy bed best thing they had filter water in the room. Buffet breakfast was great with many selections and they had halal meals as well. House keeping staff was really nice. Really appreciate Janice at the reception who helped me refund my cash as they already charged me through credit card. Overall the place was beautiful and most important that my kids loved it.

They try to charge me twice especially when they already secure with credit card why demand to pay again with cash. And telling me no money in my credit card(it was so embarrassing since other guest were there and the staffs were not professional laughing to themselves saying no money, if no money then why we travelling) that was so stupid abt the staffs on 16th of January in the evening. Not telling me that they already charged me through my visa card and made me pay again with cash. Luckily next day Janice try her best to refund my cash. Hope booking.com try to fix these problems for future travelers.

Tidy room. Comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi signal. In the review of my previous stay at Regal Hong Kong, I mentioned about the issue I had with charging electronic devices due to limited number of power outlets inside guest rooms. I was surprised this time to see that the issue has been resolved, as 3 ports USB outlets have been equipped along the bedside tables.

The room I stayed in this time is #1414, the bathroom sink drains very slowly. Much slower than the sink in my previous stay in room #1207. I tolerated the problem since it's not totally clogged, had to wait for a few minutes before I can use again.

Central location, accessible to all sorts of facilities around the hotel. Staff are helpful and efficient. Restaurant at 3rd floor served good food with grade one service.

Bathroom needs thorough overhaul : shower unit parts falling off, water coming out of hand basin tap is extremely slow, flushing toilet water is slow and unclean, grouting shows black mouldy spots.

Location and the rooms were big with a window seat that we could lay out our 2 medium sized luggage to pack. Bathroom was large enough to have a large triangular bathtub in the corner. It was a block away from Soho, Wellcome and Ikea. Lots of restaurants around and Din Tai Fung next door. Housekeeping was accommodating enough to bring us ice and an adaptor. And the best part was the direct shuttle to the airport! Beats taking a taxi to the HK Airport Station and taking the train to the airport. Our bags were loaded into the shuttle and uploaded by the driver at the airport - we didn't have to lift a finger

The room definitely needs updating. The bathroom had mold in the sealants. Can get very noisy and chaotic in the lobby and reception with the number of guests. You could hear the noise in the lobby from the 2nd floor restaurant!

- The location is great: right in the centre of Hong Kong and on top of a great restaurant, Ding Tai Fung - The size of the room is bigger than the average Hong Kong hotel, even coming with a sea/harbour view. - The shuttle bus service made the travel to airport with luggage much easier. - The staff were friendly.

- The internet is painfully slow and often dropped while using. - The shuttle bus to the airport for two people costed almost the same as using a taxi + airport express

Great location for us, with various forms of transport nearby, a lovely park and marina also nearby. Quite luxurious feel, with ornate decor. Spacious room.

Apart from one large reception lounge in the lobby, that was often closed off for private functions, there were insufficient seating areas to meet or socialise.

The location was convenient and close to shops. The hotel porters were very helpful, friendly and fantastic! The hotel reception staff were good. The Airport Shuttle bus was easy to organise with the hotel porter.

For someone who don't travel much, it would be nice to have better communication between the agent, the hotel and me so I know that my hotel booking is secured the whole time.
