This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, it truly feels like home. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. Special thanks to Sam, Polly, Eric, Naila, Amina and the rest of the staff who made our stay extra special!

I would prefer if the rooms were a bit spacious and have bigger room options 2 bedroom apartment

Lanson Place has shrunk a lot in terms of build up area since I last stayed 15 years ago. I like the bustling and hive of activities in the Causeway Bay area.

Rooms are much smaller now, without mini kitchenette like what the rooms at Two MacDonald have (Lanson Place's sister hotel). 15 years ago when I stayed at Lanson Place, then having a larger build up footprint, all rooms come with mini kitchette and small living room.

This is a fantastic hotel in a city full of fantastic hotels! It's very understated but impeccable. We are a family of 3 with a 4 year old toddler. They provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for kids, as well as a little pack of activities on arrival. The extra kid bed was a good size for even an adult to sleep on. At breakfast, staff made the effort to talk to our child and brought her fruit or drinks that she particularly liked (she loved those raspberries!) We felt very welcome. Check in was smooth and quick. We waited in their orangery with a drink while they sorted everything out for us. It was extremely professional. The hotel was very quiet in general, but especially in the evening, which was very important to us. The room was a good size for HK and it was throughly clean. The breakfast was exceptional.I really liked that the portions were on the smaller side because it discouraged waste. I've been to hotels that have huge buffets and greedy people take mountains of food that they don't even eat. This is not like that. The buffet selection is smaller than large chain hotels, but it's very well done. Everything I ate was delicious. The hotel encourages sustainability and it's products support that. Finally the location is the best we've stayed in during our numerous trips to HK. It's walking distance to countless cafes, restaurants and shops. The area is buzzing! We'd stay again any time we go back to HK.

Exceptional & friendly staff always willing to assist. Location was perfect and accessible for shopping and spoilt for choice with food outlets and fine dining. The rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the French style setting.

Breakfast options was limiting for a 5 star hotel. On one specific day we were interrupted at breakfast requesting us to make space for other guests and we were at breakfast not longer than half a hour. The hotel closed off the breakfast due to an incident. In my view, they should have extended the breakfast past 10h30 which they did not do.

Love this beautiful well-designed hotel! Location is great, near to MTR, several shopping malls and eating places. Service was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a really comfortable stay for us with a baby. They knew we were travelling with a baby and asked if we needed more baby amenities and they provided a baby cot, high chair, bottle warmer and steriliser! I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Breakfast was delicious except that we stayed for 4 nights and had pretty much the same food every day. Not a dealbreaker as there are also many eating places near the hotel to explore. Perhaps can rotate the menu?

What a find! This incredible gem of a hotel struck us with its contemporary & luxurious charm - we felt so pampered and at home from start to end. The premium suite was incredibly well-appointed, and fit three of us comfortably. Breakfast and tea were delicious and satisfying. Service was also exquisite; we can’t praise the staff like Jin enough, who were helpful, thoughtful and sincere. Of special mention was Leo who went out of his way to help us with directions, taxis, umbrellas, whatever we needed! Keep it up please

I loved the boutiquy feel and decor. The fact that it was intimate , small scale, using refined colors creating a subtly elegant mood. I loved the complimentary laundry facility , the exquisite breakfast taken in the most refined , posh salon , sitting on a sofa under a giant glass chandelier. Truly a luxurious , indulgent experience. The staff is kind and helpful , specially the breakfast personnel .

The elevator key , needing to use it to go up anywhere and the fact that the hotel is sandwiched between other towers as is so common in HK, so no view whatsoever. But you can’t have it all!

The breakfast is excellent. Each guest could order one main dish from the menu (eggs your way/ egg Benedict with ham/ Wonton noodle/ Waffle), along with a nice range of breakfast/brunch selections, including muesli, cheese board, sausages, pastries, salads, and dim sum. The service is excellent with high professional standards and great attention to details. The staff are friendly and respectful and they understand the customers’ needs very well. The room decor is beyond expectations. The bar area, the television interface and the books in the room are some of the most memorable features that make me feel like home.
