Our first time here and the hotel lobby is very grand and nice. Great service and hospitality especially the luggage handling staff- super efficient with our luggage even before we got out of the cab. Recep was also ok though the check in process was quite long.. no idea why.. Hotel room was very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised there’s a balcony in our room cos didn’t know there would be one. View was nice from our room at the 6th floor. Ours was 2 x Double bed - can sleep up to 4 pax. 1 of the perks of staying here is you could enjoy the activities at all 3 of the HK Disneyland hotels. We didn’t do it due to time constraints. But my 6+ year old girl managed to go for the Disney Character Drawing and free play at the Storybook Playroom.

Pricing of the restaurants too steep Pls consider changing the time of the storytelling @ Storybook Playroom as my girl wanted to attend it but it clashes with the 8pm Momentous Fireworks Celebration which is a waste.

We were pleased that all our 3 rooms were next to each other. There are a number of activities that the kids could participate in, not only at the Disneyland hotel but the other 2 hotels as well. Some are FOC and some you need to pay.The shuttle services were efficient - to the Park and also to the other hotels. Halal food available. Grand ambience

Our rooms were facing the sea but unfortunately the concrete balcony blocked the view. The Halal food menu has not changed since we stayed there in Dec 2018! At least halal food available, that’s fine. We were planning to have Breakfast for 2 mornings but ended up to only 1. We were disappointed that the appearance of the Disney characters were limited to only 2, whereas in 2018 there were at least 4 characters.

Whenever we need something, we will just scan a QR code and a knock on a door will be heard with the staff bringing what you want. They are so attentive with your needs. Cleaning is done everyday with toothbrush, towels, bathrobes and slippers provided. The kids enjoyed the pool area, the garden and play area. I had a morning run and it was so refreshing with the view of the sea. We were there a week before my daughter's 8th birthday but they still sent us a birthday card greeting. My daughter was so happy about it. Everything went smoothly from check-in time to check out. During our Disneyland Park visit, it was convenient as there is a shuttle bus just outside the hotel. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great amenities, clean spacious rooms, they have complimentary shuttles to Disneyland or you can walk 10-15 min. There’s restaurants onsite but they are expensive. We enjoyed the big tv with all the Disney, Pixar, Marvel & Star Wars channels. We had a connecting door so our family can be next to each other. They have activities onsite so there’s plenty to do when you’re checking in. They had complimentary water, coffee, tea, and water kettle.

Wish they had casual affordable dining onsite and a convenient store. Wish they had a list of activities on their website so I knew ahead of time. Wish they had a spa or in-room massages.

I stayed with my wife and 2 kids. We had an awesome stay at this hotel. Staff is helpful and courteous. Everything was great except food - both in terms of variety (vegetarian options) and prices. The variety was lacking for vegetarians / eggetarians like us and the prices for whatever options were available, were quite steep. Except this, everything was perfect - we loved our stay.

Perfect hotel if your daughter loves princesses and everything regal, in my daughter's words "the hotel is like a palace, so fancy." The trip was for my daughter's birthday, there was a tv just right at the entrance of hotel indicating birthday celebrants' name, she was so happy to spot her name there! Room size is nice for a family of 4, toilet had a little step stool which was useful for my toddler, bed was so comfortable. Hotel has lots of activities for children and you can go over to the other 2 hotels to enjoy the free activities too. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot whirlpool, indoor pool temperature should be increased during winter, water was so cold when we went. We made use of the shuttle bus a lot, service was very fast.

Meal options were very pricey, photo taking with character felt rushed at the Enchanted Garden during breakfast, they had a good selection of food though. Room service was slow.

This will be a big help especially at night after enjoying the whole day at the park. The long walks will make you really appreciate that you made the right decision to stay at the hotel ✓The park has an exclusive gate for hotel guest which can help you save time and get ahead of others. 2. Well maintained rooms even if the hotel was built 20 years ago. 3. My daughter loved the linens. 4. I enjoyed the veranda of our room. The calming sound of the birds chirping in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee from their Nespresso machine. 5. Hotel staff are fast to accommodate your needs

The staff is excellent. Super friendly and helpful. There was a moment where my daughter was crying in the pool because she was afraid to go on the slide. The staff member manning the slide alerte a colleague about the situation and they showed up poolside with a gift to cheer her up. They truly went above and beyond.

The beds were very hard. The hotel is a bit "dated", but I like the feel. They could benefit from some more comfortable beds without getting rid of the Disney feel.

Rooms are big, we also got interconnected rooms as requested, The hotel staff made an effort to allocate rooms quickly to us, as we were planning to visit the Disneyland park immediately. Our daughter had a great time meeting the characters, but like all Disney properties and ventures, expect this to be a commercial establishment trying to get the most out of your pocket! The shuttle service and location are a big plus if the agenda is the disney park

Breakfast has huge crowds and in spite of being done in two slots, feels like a very hurried and busy affair. The spread is vast but fewer international options with more local ones dominating. In-room service is a little slow, probably owing to large crowds at most times of the year
