We had a fantastic stay at the One-Eight-One Hotel. The hotel is remarkably new, making everything feel fresh and modern. It’s conveniently located with easy access to public transport and Uber services. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. Our room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Maybe could provide slightly more options for breakfast. Understand that it’s a light buffet breakfast.

Ease of transport from airport using the recommended bus route A12. Using the Octopus Card for seniors getting half price transport on most routes including the airport express A12 or A10. The view from the harbour view room was fantastic to see the boats on the harbour.

The hot water needs to be hotter.

brilliant stay! it was my third time staying here, and i'll definitely come back. staff are friendly and always willing to help and make your life easier. room is clean. the shower is the best - high pressure shower head, very hot water available and spacious. the automatic blackout blinds are a great feature, and it was always fun pressing the button to make them go up and reveal the stunning view of the harbour.

the bed wasn't the most comfortable because the middle part of the bed sunk in a lot :( at my previous stay, i remember the bed was a bit too hard, and i didn't sleep that well because of it.

We stayed in the Harbour suite and the room was very clean, luxurious and spacious. The views from the bedroom were incredible. Great room and views to escape the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. Just a shame we didn't have the views in the lounge whilst our baby was sleeping in their cot in the evening. But the wake up views make up for it. The complimentary self service laundry was a great bonus. Well maintained and clean. Special mention to Bruce Lui for going above and beyond to help us, always with a smile. Thank you.

Would like to have had a high chair available.

The hotel is convenience located near all public transportations. The room is spacious for HK standard. The stuffs are very helpful and polite. Having the laundry on site is a bonus!

Beautiful harbor view- big windows and wellcome snack basket, really nice service and amenities. I extended for the whole stay of 10days. Definitely recommend

I was floored with how accommodating and helpful the staff was. After a soul-draining 12h flight, an understanding smile truly makes a difference. As for the hotel itself, it's impeccable. The rooms are comfortable and pristine. Harbor side rooms at higher floors offer a rather soothing view. The area is great too, with multiple tram and bus lines, (including the airport line) around the corner, and an MTR station at a walkable distance. It is also rewarding to just explore on foot, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The nearby Belcher Bay Promenade in Kennedy Town makes for a very pleasant stroll by the sea.

The breakfast is surprisingly expensive, so we opted to eat out.

Absolutely gorgeous room at a fantastic location close to HKU MTR station. The bed is very comfortable. Room has several electrical outlets and one universal adapter, there are also several USB outlets but they are all USB-A (if you need USB-C outlet you will need to bring an adapter). Automatic blackout curtains (which you can close and open from the bed) are a fantastic feature since the sun rises quite early here. There is an electric kettle and a capsule coffee machine in the room, both tea and coffee provided are really great. Overall one of the best hotels we've stayed at and absolutely fabulous experience.

Breakfast at the hotel is very basic for the price, would be great if more variety could be provided (we've only had it once though, maybe other days were better). The tiny bottles with the shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc in the bathroom weren't particularly convenient to use (especially lotion since it was more viscous), would be fantastic if there were full sized bottles provided to use in the room.

Best hotel I've ever been at and I have travelled a whole lot, all around the world. The staff is extremely service minded and everything is tidy and neat, the hotel room is complete with everything one would need and you really get used to staying at this hotel, feels like home but even better with all of the service that you receive. The view over the Harbour is very, very nice. I've stayed at the 20th floor with harbor view for two weeks and just booked another week. Probably I'll stay totally for maybe one or two months. This hotel may be a bit pricy for some but you really get full value of your money spent. I wouldn't choose any other hotel for my next visit to Hong Kong (I'm a Scandinavian Citizen). Also it's location is convenient in regards for taxi and bus travelling.
