Everything! Location is strategic, not too centre but so easy to get to public transportation. The bus stop is just opposite the hotel and the nearest MTR is Sai Ying Pun station which is 450m from the hotel. You can take the nearest tram too. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Interior design of this hotel is to my liking and the very reason I chose the place. They served free flow of carbonated drinks and peanuts at the lounge.

Not to say i didnt like just for room of improvement, maybe you can tell beforehand that you will charge customers a sum of deposit for us to better prepare.

This was a great little boutique hotel in a quiet area of Hong Kong. The location was fantastic, and you feel that you are in an area of Hong Kong which is not too touristy. It was a short walk to Sheung Wan station, which made getting around very easy. Additionally, if you are into food, it was surrounded by all manner of eating places. From restaurants serving contemporary Asian cuisine, to tiny hole in the wall places specialising in traditional Cantonese foods (roast meats, wonton noodle soup etc). The Sheung Wan Cooked Food Market was a short walk away, as was one of the best authentic Yum Cha restaurants in Hong Kong. Good Coffee and egg tarts, were a 2 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was extremely quiet, and comfortable. Amenities were great, with a coffee machine in each room, and a complimentary "happy hour" every afternoon from 5.30pm in the spacious lounge area. This was the first time I had stayed at the Figo, however for my daughters it was a return visit, and we will definitely stay here on future visits to Hong Kong. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for visiting our daughter in Sheung Wan. Room was large in comparison to many hotel rooms in Hong Kong. Complimentary refreshments and free happy hour was a lovely touch. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was very clean. Lovely communal terrace for sitting out to enjoy a drink.

We stayed for 8 nights and then returned a week later for a further 2 nights. Although we had paid for the same superior room for both visits, the second room was a lot smaller than the first with a bed pushed against the wall which made getting in and out difficult. This was disappointing. Unsure why this happened when we had paid the same rate for both stays??? Didn’t complain as we were only there for 2 nights before returning home. Fire alarm went off at 5.30am one morning but there was no clear instruction from any staff as to whether it was real or false. Had to walk down 17 flights of stairs to be told false alarm. Quite chaotic for guests and worrying if it had been a real fire!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have water machine one every floors which is super handy. I hate buying water every day back to the hotel when I travel. Room size is good, we have premium so it comes with a sofa that's what we need after a long day travel. They have all sort of facility in the room, like water bottle, cutlery...etc Location is perfect, very close to central and there are lots of good restaurants, different cuisines. Good local bakery around as well with nice HK egg tarts. Supermarket and convenient stores are just around the corner. Tube is just within 10-15 mins walk (you need it as you'll eat a lot in HK) Great coffee shop just downstairs! There is happy hour but unfortunately we couldn't join. We did stop by the terrace and in the common area which looks lovely. Too bad we didn't have time to enjoy.

The floor in the room sometimes is not very well cleaned, but in general it's acceptable. Nothing to complain!

The Figo was exactly what we needed for our week in Hong Kong—affordable, good location, and clean. It is easy to walk to the metro or many downtown spots from here. The suite we booked was a good size and allowed us to spread out a bit. It is not fancy, but we did not plan on spending much time in our hotel. We would stay here again.

Overall, you get what you pay for. The elevators were terribly slow and we usually took the stairs. The bed was rock hard but clean. The bathroom tile in the shower had mold in the corners but was clean otherwise. The photos look a little more polished than reality (scuff marks on the floors and walls, small/hard furniture). Overall, it’s a good value and since we were just sleeping there, it was perfect for our needs.

The location was relatively near the MTR station and quite near to the ferry terminal but mostly near to a variety of eateries. Also love the common space, the water dispensers with different temperature options, the free flow of drinks at the fridge, the super clean and comfy beds, the friendly staff that spoke good English and were very courteous.

The shower closet was quite cramped and the steps to the washroom was quite short (feet had to be placed sideways to best climb the stairs). We were assigned Room 2505, if not wrong. Not sure if this only applies to this room or all others are the same.

We’ve been traveling for 2 months and this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at. There are so many things we loved about the property: 1) free beer, sparking water, juices, coffee, tea, and snacks. Yes, really. 2) Happy hour everyday, 3) Excellent location 4) Very clean, 5) Knowledgeable and friendly staff, 6) outdoor deck with seating area, 7) nice indoor area to hang out, and 8) a filtered water machine on our floor with cold and hot water. We stayed in a suite and it was worth the money, a good value actually. The bed was super comfortable with soft bedding and pillows. The two rooms had a lot of natural light. We were happy to have (and used everyday) a small refrigerator, hot water kettle, closet with hangers, and soft towels that were changed daily. The person who designed the suite was clearly a traveler. That person has thought of everything a traveler needs. You should stop looking and book this outstanding hotel now. We highly recommend it!

This was our last stop and lodging of our trip and it was fantastic. The location was in good walking distance of many restaurants and attractions, as well as in between two MTR stations. The facilities were clean and welcoming. We did appreciate being in the Suite so we could spread out a bit more. Some other reviews noted the air conditioning was loud- it kind of was but I found it more important that the AC worked really well! And it just became background noise and we got used to it easily. My partner and I both loved the lobby happy hour and the common room. After a long hot day of exploring, it was always great getting to take an afternoon break in the AC with drinks and board games before going back out for dinner. It was also great to get takeaway and eat it at the common table and not have to take the food smells to our room.

At first I was a bit disappointed that the entrance was on a high floor rather than street level as we have had issues with elevator wait times elsewhere. However, we really didn't have much issue with it here.

Rooms were very spacious and included fine details that were thoroughly appreciated (nowhere else did I find a shower cap pack that includes an elastic)! Also loved the breakfast/hang out area with balcony and 24/7 free tea, coffee, water, soda, juice and even beer as well as snacks. Air conditioning was perfect - another important factor, especially considering the humid weather.

The room was not spotlessly clean. If you looked at skirting boards or grout, it was a little dusty or could use some maintenance. The fire alarm went off once in the morning waking us (and likely everyone else) up - it happens, but it was still not the best start to the day.

We were pleasantly surprised by this last minute find. Great location for SOHO access, lovely little park (with turtle pond) around the corner, bars and eateries, shopping and transport all on the doorstop. We could walk everywhere, including to waterfront to access Kowloon and harbour. Added bonus of the reception guest lounge area with 24 hours free refreshments and a free happy hour, a place to mingle with other guests at the end of the day or before heading out. Friendly staff. Room quiet and overlooked greenspace, and up the hillside toward the Peak, key vantage point on Hong Kong Island.

Unusual entrance, a little too discreet and confusing to actually find the first time. Room small but it was Hong Kong but aware from room description dimensions when booking.
