Excellent location, easy reach to everything. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, and because there are only 4 rooms on each floor, it's lovely quiet and no need to wait for long for the elevator, cause there are two !

There are only 2 hangers and no actual wardrobe, a bit awkward if you stay for longer than a couple of days, you have to live out of the suitcase. It seems that the no disturb sign outside the door means nothing, cause the 2 occasions I wanted to sleep in or simply didn't need any room cleaning, I was however phoned by the receptionist, asking if I needed anything, so I decided to inform the cleaning staff myself, when I heard them working outside, that my room didn't really need to be cleaned, just some refills, then I could be left alone, undistributed!

The location is good, near 7-eleven, mini supermarket, local food stores, bus stop and mtr transportation. The room is big with the enough space for 4 persons with individual power sockets at bed. The room and the facility are what we see in the hotel website which are very good. Our room was cleaned by the hotel housekeeper everyday. The A21 bus from Hongkong Aireport will stop by near the hotel, just 100m.

Just only very small point, the door that we had to open after we walked out from the elevator is a bit heavy. Another if you plan to take a bus A21 to Hongkong Airport, you need to walk about 750m from the hotel.

A room that can fit 4 adults and has 2 toilets. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Prince Edward MTR Station, less than a 10 minute walk from the Flower market, Goldfish market, Fa Yuen Street market and central Mong Kok. There lots of amenities (convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores next to/around the hotel area.

The room only had 1 chair, guest would need to sit on the high beds as space underneath were for your suitcase. Reception is not on the ground floor but on the 7th floor, although it is a small hotel there are only 2 lifts which is quite small (maximum fit 2 people with 2 large suitcases). No taxi stand outside the hotel, due to the coach stop that travel to/from China and Macau.

Loved the location of the hotel! It’s just a 1-minute walk from the bus station (A21 from the airport) and 2 minutes from Prince Edward metro station. Plus, the direct bus to Macau is only 2 minutes away. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, and the daily cleaning service was great.

I found the refundable deposit of HKD 1,000 inconvenient and unnecessary. The bed mattress was too firm for my preference, and the room was quite small, with the bathroom sink oddly located in the hallway.

Good housekeeping. Takes initiative to check if anyone was in and do housekeeping when they are not in and forgot to hang the tag to housekeep the room 5. Checking in and out was very smooth

1. Small double bed and not enough space to sleep on. Should just eliminate this option and have 2 single beds instead 2. No cabinet to hang clothes 3. Weak wifi. At times have to switch off my mobile to reset to get wifi signal again 4. Small hotel room so no baggage stand to put the luggages and had to put them on the floor 5. The bed was comfortable though a bit high for people who are petite like my wife

The location is fantastic, very near to Fa Yuen Kai, good for shopping. A lot of food around the hotel, walking distance to Mongkok. Hotel staff very helpful n polite. This time, they even upgraded me to a room wth 4 beds n 2 toilets even though there r only 2 of us. Bus A21 from airport brings u to Metropark Mongkok which is just in front of Le Prabelle hotel. There is also direct bus across the hotel to Macau, very convenient!!

Location was convenient. The room was big given the Hong Kong standard where it usually was small.

There was noise from the elevator the whole night. It's not loud but could wake you up if you are a light sleeper. The hotel could improve but using a sound proof door. Everything else was perfect.

We enjoyed the stay in Le Prabelle hotel. The rooms are not so big, but that was totally enough for our 3 nights stay . We booked this hotel again on the way back :) The staff at reception and on the lobby downstairs is so friendly and always ready to help! Thank you ! The location is just perfect. The bus from the airport goes directly to the hotel. The metro station is very close, just a few steps. And the view , it is just amazing at night.

It's close to prince edward station exit c2. There is a big sign for the hotel. The room is great and big for hongkong. The room even has a clothes line for you to dry clothes. The staff is thoughtful and replenished water bottles even though i drank the initial bottles. The receptionists are nice too! Clear instructions in the room as well! My view from the 22nd story is great too!

Nothing much. Just note that there is a deposit of 1000hkd to pay when you get there. They only accept credit and cash so make sure you have options when you get there. There are money changers nearby if you lack cash.

Location: 4 Subway lines in walking distance (2/8, 1, 4, 7) 2 of those reachable via elevator to hotel basement SEG Center is across the road Facilities: Fitness room (F36) Enjoy the treadmill views, they are great! Be aware, free weights are lacking. 2 high quality, full featured towers make up well. Washing machine on the terrace (F31). Everything required is there for free. Staff: Many speak fluent English. this is a rarity in Shenzhen. Super helpful and friendly. Special tanks to Johnathan the general Manager. WIFI: Hotel has a great internet connection for free. Still you will require VPN for "western" Services. This is a general limitation that applies to ALL Hotels in Shenzhen. There are no more exceptions from the "big firewall". Rooms: Clean, great pillows and matraces If you can grab a high floor do it, the views are great. King rooms do have better views than twin rooms.
