Convenient and comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and suitable for one night to take the early morning ferry to Æro on our cycling tour. Water cooker and refrigerator in the room. Coffee and tea are available in the hallway. For breakfast options guests will have to walk to the Svendborg Hotel or a local bakery/coffee place. Surprisingly quiet, given that the room faced the street. Checking in is very easy and done remotely through a telephone in the lobby. The hotel has an elevator, which enabled us to safely store our bicycles in our room. Overall a very pleasant stay, with easy access to the city center and harbour area.

Comfortable beds, clean, powerful shower. Good location. Easy walk to harbour area for evening food and beer. Bakery close by for breakfast, opens 6:30. 4 parking spaces at rear of hotel (small tight spaces though), 1 hour parking out front for about 6 cars (free from 18:00 to 9:00) but opposite bus station, paid multi-storey parking behind hotel (free from 18:00 to 9:00, no ticket required in this period) which is what we used.

Noisy German neighbours on balcony until 23:30. Not hotel’s fault, just inconsiderate people. No staff onsite, contactable by phone in lobby.

Great place. Convenient check-in, comfy room with enough space and well isolated windows to prevent from noise from the street cars. Access to a convenient shared "dining-room". And best location ever to jump from the train and go to the ferry by walk.

This questionnaire is too long. The lights were a problem in the room. First I did not know that you have to put the card into that thing on the wall! ( might be good to give this info when checking in) Then the lights at the bed were not working. The door had a window. That I could not darken(no curtain) lit up the room all night.

I expected basic but it was better than that. Had refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea. Free parking behind the building. Great location on the harbor.

Everything worked well for a night in Svendborg, nothing to complain about.

Easy to get to, spacious room, comfortable beds

Nightly noise from the bus terminal, the TV setup is a mystery, streaming from iPhone worked for a minute then stalled and never again.

This hotel has no staff on the premises. Everything is done by intercom. The room was modern and clean; the bed, comfortable. There is no place for breakfast nearby, except 7-11. It is close to the train station and the ferry terminal. There are several restaurants within a couple of blocks.

A bit sterile.

We did not know about the breakfast but we liked the quiet and cleanliness of the room and all the windows to see the harbor

Super easy check in and check out. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff (on the phone) who helped us through a mishap as well as they could.

There’s nothing to complain about.

Good location. There is no staff at the hotel but the check-in process was clearly described and went smoothly. We stayed at one of the recently renovated rooms which looked very nice
