The room was fine and a good size. Pretty much standard motel-type room. There was a nice grassy courtyard with a pool and wading pool for kids. There was also a cafe -- pretty good and convenient because we'd driven a long way and didn't want to go looking for some place in confusing traffic and heat.

The hotel was surrounded by confusing streeets and overpasses. We had to drive around a bit to find our way in. The description said it was a 15-minute walk to parts of the city center, but it would have meant walking on busy streets and through interchanges and a long bridge over the river -- not the best walking conditions, especially not in July heat. There was an arts complex nearby, but the whole area didn't seem very pedestrian-friendly. The air-conditioner was a bit noisy, but it did keep us cool.

We stayed in one of the suites, the space and amenities were quite convenient for a long stay. Wifi worked perfectly to keeps us connected and the green areas around the pool were very comfortable to spend some time there.

A couple of days, at the nights was an awful smell like drainage odor that permeated our room. We had to call to the lobby, and they mentioned was because they were watering the gardens.

The location, the facilities, the space within the room and the front desk staff were great.

It's noisy, and the cleaning staff were consistently very loud when they passed by my room (despite having the Do Not Disturb card at the door. This a minor issue, but it would be great if the rooms had a mini-fridge in them; the rooms seem spacious enough to accomodate that. Failing that, ice machines would be nice.

The hotel had nice private parking areas just opposite the rooms on the ground floor and first floor. The rooms were spacious.

It could get cold at night and the beds were only provided with a single sheet. The noise starts to pick up early in the morning with the nearby highways and it can be annoying.

Location is good. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. Good ac/heating.

Our room didn’t face the pool/courtyard and the outer rooms next to the road are quite loud, especially since the bottom of the door has a very large gap exposing to the outside.

It was in a nice location, but hard to go into the place.

It was hard to drive into the hotel. And they didn't have elevators, it was hard to go upstairs and downstairs for us at our age. To much noise, children running up and down stairs and yelling. Next door couple arguing at each other in loud tone. Heater got too hot, then lowered temperature it was too cold. So, we didn't sleep half of the night.

Good clean facilities, quiet place to be with family.

Rooms need a little bit more light and beds needs to be more comfortable to hard for me.

Location, cleaning room, and common areas as well as landscaping.

Beds are uncomfortable, and dis nit like the shower head. There is not enough water pressure. It's hard to take a shower.

The location, the restaurant and the staff were great , specially Jaime, he went above and beyond to make our experience extra special.

The rooms smell like sewer, and they need to be remodel

The room was clean, staff was friendly and approachable and the location is great (being next to a mall and close to downtown).

The wifi was slow in my room. Also the hotel is structured more like a motel with outdoor room entrances which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
