The Riad is stunning, its decor is beautifully curated...and it is a little heaven of peace in the middle of the Medina. It is definitely one of the most beautiful Riads we stayed at during our one month in Morocco - with the most spacious suite. The host and staff are welcoming and always ready to cater to their guests' needs.

We had a difficult time finding the Riad - and that day their phone was malfunctioning. I suggest you arrange ahead of time for someone to meet you in the parking lot which is about 800 meters from the Riad. Big luggage is not recommended.

Mohammad himself was reason enough to stay there. He met every need with quiet competence and a smile. The riad itself is beautiful inside, and we were sorry we did not take advantage of having a home-cooked dinner there. Also, we arrived at nearly midnight on a Ryanair flight from Spain. They accommodated our late arrival with a driver meeting us at the airport (waiting 3 hours!) and taking us to the medina gate, where he ensured that a porter met us and took us to them.

Our first room on the ground floor had floor-to-ceiling windows, which for privacy had heavy curtains shutting out the morning light. There are other rooms that are quite dark too - all riads have this problem due to their layout. However, they were able to move us to a beautiful well-lit room on a higher floor.

I stayed at Riad Fes Kettani for the Christmas holidays with my family and it exceeded all expectations. This is by far the best Riad in the medina with the most beautiful and palace-like interior. There is such a warm atmosphere and it feels as if you are being welcomed into a friend’s home. In particular Latifa, Abdul and yusuf were incredibly hospitable and tended to our every need. Latifa’s twin girls Sofia & Inez were so sweet and kept us very entertained with their drawings and even giving us all gifts before we left! We looked forward to the traditional Moroccan breakfast every morning in the beautiful courtyard of the riad and even enjoyed an extraordinary 3 course meal for dinner. The facility are great, including the beautiful rooftop balcony area from which you can see incredible views of the medina. Thank you to all the staff for such a homely welcome and a lovely stay, we will definitely be back!

Staying in Riad Kettani in Fez is one of the highlight of our first trip to Marroco...We cannot speak highly enough of Latifah (Hotel Manager) and her team. Very friendly and helpful, she really does make us feel at home (only in a much more beaitiful house than ours :-)), from the home made meal, "emergency" laundry, help with unreserved late night dinner, ...you name it, Latifah has all the solution for us ! The Riad itself is beautiful, spacious, quite but full of history and character. The direction to the Riad within the. old madina is also plenty. Defenitely recommended

A beautiful riad right inside the medina with comfortable air-conditioned rooms with authentic Moroccan furnishings. It's quiet, the staff are very helpful and obliging, and the food is superb - the best I ate in Morocco. I will definitely stay there again on any future visit to Fes.

The riad is not easy to find but that's not a big issue because the staff will meet you outside the medina and take your bags to the riad - about a 10 mins walk through the old streets. To me that was all part of the experience of staying in the old town, so I wouldn't really categorise it as something I didn't like.

The riad was stunning and impeccably clean. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided each day. The breakfast was diverse, including pancakes, yogurt, eggs, fruits, and more. We also had dinner and the chicken tajine was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and even assisted us in finding a guide to explore Fes.

A superb riad situated on the edge of the medina and very close to the tanneries. Comfort and cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was simple and very tasty. The riad has a wonderful roof terrace to relax. Owner and staff were very hospitable and we were made to feel very welcome.

We did not use the riad facilities for evening meals or drinks as they appeared to be quite expensive compared to other places nearby

Amazing Riad, beautifuly decorated with a high attention to details (and relatively easy to find!) Staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist us with whatever we needed. (Which is big big plus) The rooftop terrace is the perfect place where to relax and enjoy a refreshment after a day of walking the streets. My husband and I had a wonderful time in this palais des Mille et une nuits.
