The location is amazing - just for that it's definitely a value for money deal! The room overall is nice - the pillows not that much comfy ; everything else was fine and clean and last but not the least - all staffs were amazing and did their level best to meet our requirements and adjust accordingly.

Apart from the pillows being a bit out of shape/used - nothing to complain as such for the money being paid.

The staffs were very helpful and the location is walking distance to every amenities may it be shops, bus stations and restaurants

All was ok. No complaints except that no hair dryer in the room but i guess would have received it if asked but otherwise this is a minor issue. Otherwise satisfied.

Very helpful staff, don't hesitate to ask even for minor stuff. Also love the technologies in the room, cast TV, fast wifi, mini fridge etc. Also great that the toilet is separated from the bathroom

Small maintenance issues, nothing too uncomfortable though, like slight water drainage issues in the bathroom, old curtains but nothing major

The hotel has a great location, making it possible to visit the main tourist attractions in Saint-Denis on foot. It also offers free parking, which is very convenient. The room was simple, but served its purpose: it was clean and had air conditioning. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in earlier. It was a great experience!

It was well situated giving accessibility to all the nearest places of interest to me shops restaurant coffee shop etc

I would have liked at least hand soap is made available to the client during his/her stay and a bottle of water per day is provided to those at least who chose with breakfast package

My room was nice, the location of the hotel was great with coffee shops and restaurants close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful and accommodating.

the bathrooms if they could make sure of their showers separately from the Barth tub
