The hotel was in such a lovely position right on the waterfront. We liked being able to look out across to Rugen Island and being able to open windows! Lovely walks along the waterfront and very close to Altstat as well.Very clean, nice staff, very comfortable with all that you needed. Nice to see glass bottles of water provided to minimise plastic. Restaurant was very good too.

A coffee machine is provided but no coffee? I didn't want to use it so forgot to ask about that.

Nice hotel in a great location overlooking the harbour. Comfortable room had everything we needed. Helpful and friendly staff even helped carry bags up to our room (old building so no lift ☹️) No parking at the hotel but a loading zone next door meant bags could be unloaded for check in. Parking was located a short drive away and wasn’t expensive. Enjoyed our stay here.

We bought breakfast for one day and at 18€ we thought it was very expensive for what was on offer. Had much better cheaper elsewhere.

We had a room overlooking the wharf area with a beautiful view of the water and marina. Loved the location and proximal ease in walking to restaurants. Lisa, at the reception desk helped us tremendously in locating a bike rental business and securing 2 bikes for us. Since we weren't fluent in German we were so grateful to her for assisting us.

That our stay was so short. Would have liked to have more days to experience the quaint town of Stralsund.

The hotel is easily accessible by bus from the station and is right on the waterfront. We could leave luggage there before check in time and after check out. It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly.and helpful. It was value for money

We didn't use the dining room or have breakfast there so we can't comment on those facilities

Location can’t be better. Close to the water, to the walking street with all the shops, restaurants two step away, oceanarium around the corner.

Nothing in particular but can be noisy. You can hear neighbors and people from outside (there is a restaurant downstairs).

The location on the harbourside was fantastic. The hotel was really well decorated. With no lift we got exercise up and down to our third floor room, but had an excellent view. Tubed was very comfortable, we enjoyed having a little balcony, the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Very nice and quiet location close to the shore at the edge of the old town, large room, friendly personnel and reasonable pricing. Can absolutely recommend and would go there again.

Location is right next door to the Aquarium, view was fabulous to watch the boats coming into the harbour and plentiful food choices especially with a fish emphasis. Staff are very friendly and helpful to explain discounted parking 300m away.
