I have stayed here before and had no problems. The hotel is very nice and quiet. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is excellent! We had great service from the front desk, maintenance and housekeeping lead!

Our original room ended up being a king suite with no river view (not what I booked, but the hotel was full). We weren't too bothered however we also ended up finding smears of fluid on the wall, a cup of quinoa and rice in the kitchen sink and the AC didn't work (the room was 78). I'm usually one to just deal with it, but this room was upsetting. After bringing it up to the front desk, they very kindly gave us their best upgrade (2 bedroom suite with river view). The front desk was quick, the maintenance head went up to the room to inspect and the maintenance was working on the a/c when we left. These seem to be a fluke as far as quality but the staff makes me think I'd try this hotel again.

I needed to stay in town for a long weekend class and was simply looking for a hotel with a close proximity to the class, but I will say I was not expecting the hotel stay to be the highlight of my weekend! The room was probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, the breakfast was phenomenal, the gym had a wide range of equipment, the rooftop's bar had a beautiful view and atmosphere, and the restaurant's food was so amazing that I want to come back just to have another meal there. All of the staff there was friendly and check-in/ check-out was a breeze. Even though I don't think I will ever need to go back to East Moline for anything, I will be coming back for a weekend away to enjoy this hotel and all of their delicious food and drinks again.

The breakfast was Great. With so much varieties to Choose from. A man named Travis who worked in the kitchen was a GREAT help!!!! I was able to get as much as I wanted. Travis showed me where everything was located. I decided not to eat in the nice dining area provided. I wanted to take breakfast back to my room with family, nd Travis even helped me with to go boxes to take to my room. Travis and the whole staff was very Friendly and helpful everything was clean. In the hallways ner the pool area when the housekeeper/janitors were cleaning it smelled so refreshing. The staff, The comfortable space, and clean area helped me enjoy my stay thank you !!!! 10/10

My only complaint is in the pool area. The chlorine was quite strong, and I believe that’s only because the pool area isn’t that big. Yet it was still clean 😊 we also had to wait for clean towels but I was notified right away when they were ready thank you for a nice comfortable stay

Staff was friendly. Facility was clean and modern.

Lower level bar server was very slow. There were 4 people at the bar and 1 other table plus our table of 2, the ones seated at the bar were all on their phones and were not drinking much so the bar tender was far from overworked. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for her to return so I could order my second drink. When she finally showed up she didn't ask if there was anything else I wanted and simply gave me the bill to pay.

The room was clean and the location was nice. The breakfast was good and hot. The Day shift front desk people we very friendly and accommodating. The evening shift ones were not as friendly.

More variety for breakfast. It was the same all 3 days I had breakfast there. I had an issue with my room and ask the front desk person what I needed to do to get another room. She looked at me like yeah, that's not gonna happen and said she would send the maintenance man up to look at my room. After waiting an hour and a half i called back down and she acted like she forgot. She did move me to another room which I did appreciate.

Great beds. Staff was so nice and helpful. Pool was getting repairs but otherwise the whole place was nice and clean. Breakfast was much better than most hotels in this price range. Excellent views and onsite spots to eat dinner or have drinks.

Pool was not available. Outdoor patio area could use more heating devices.

Breakfast was very good. Bed, pillow, and couch were comfy. Flatbread pizza from bar was really good. Great view of the river. Quiet location

Outside of the building could use a powerwash. Dead bugs/spiders and cobwebs all over the windows. Light sconces in breakfast hall had cobwebs on the inside around the light bulbs. Bar was a little pricey. Shower pressure was not the greatest

The large windows overlooking the Mississippi River. Art on the walls are very nice. Room seemed modern and clean. The breakfast was great.

TV did not work; we could hear everything in the next room and smell there cooking. An alarm came on around 12:45 AM in the morning, alerting everyone to evacuate immediately and do not use the elevators, by the time I got dressed and grabbed my purse; the alarm went off. Not sure what that was about?

Good use better cleaning. End tables not washed. Some hair on floor in bathroom. Some Bed pillows should be replaced. Had the used in too long smell, like dirt hair

The hotel was very nice and out of the way. The room had a wonderful view of the Mississippi. The breakfast was pretty basic, but tasty. The staff was amazing.

The parking is interesting. It was incredibly cold and windy the day I arrived and the only parking was in the overflow lot across the street. There isn't a real straight shot to get into the hotel from the lot. It seemed odd that the hotel bar closed early on a weekend since there is nothing around the hotel.
