Wonderful experience compared to other hotels post-COVID. We went there with family to visit the John Deere Pavilion and extended family. Great location and friendly staff.

We really wanted a fun swimming experience for our grandkids. A girls hockey tournament of players filled the hotel — mostly (90%) fine. However there was a gaggle of unchaperoned kids in the pool area (10 kids aged 7-11ish) who dampened our fun with our littles—also, no pool towels (even though I asked twice) and the pool bathroom was closed (think of the water quality in the pool). Sooo…all that compromised our experience.

The location well suited our goals for the weekend. Most activities were downtown. The breakfasts were quite adequate, and the room was large enough so that we did not feel cramped.

The water pressure in the bathroom faucets was less than ideal. The shower was less than adequate. Not enough water was coming. For a mobility limited room, a handicaped person with limited mobility had to lift the leg and step over the edge of the tub to get in. Thank goodnessfor the shower mat and the many access bars were excellent. A walk-in shower would be much safer. It could/should have a seat available and adjustable shower height. The size of the bathroom made it comfortable for him to take care of himself.

Dirty carpet, hair all around the shower drain, burnt out lights , I called the front desk to ask for someone to come with a light bulb to replace above the jacuzzi, and I was told I was not going to get one because their is no one working , Also the counter by the coffee maker was full of a sticky type substance that I had to clean up,because their were ants everywhere, the front desk didn't seem to mind when they were told about the filthy problems in the room

I stayed in the midst of a snow storm. The driveway and parking area were maintained as well as possible. My room was a king suite overlooking the river which was nice. It had a sitting area separate from the bedroom which was great for working and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. I did not use the pool/hot tub so can't comment on those. There are many restaurants within walking distance, including a steakhouse attached to the hotel.

I would have liked to have blackout curtains in the bedroom as the outside lights were quite bright.

This hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. We stayed here for our annual mud run, this being the 4th year we came to Moline for the run and have decided this is the hotel we will be staying at going forward. Breakfast was good for hotel food and beds were comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times to attend concerts at the Vibrant Arena and to visit the Celebration Belle boat on the Mississippi. The hotel is in such a beautiful area of town, the rooms are clean and quiet, they keep the parking well regulated (we just visited for a concert) so they ensure each of their guest have a parking spot to ensure other concert goers not staying at the hotel don't take up all the spots. The view from this hotel is amazing and the restaurant attached (Bass Street Chophouse) is fantastic! The breakfast in the morning is very good, well stocked and kept very clean by the staff.

Our room was very clean & the beds are amazingly comfortable - the only thing is there was some water damage to the window sills and wallpaper was peeling off that window sill. In addition, the curtains had some stains on them - that realistically should have been cleaned by housekeeping. Nothing massive or untidy - just something that probably needs to be reviewed more by housekeeping so maintenance can repair these items or can be put on the list for deep cleaning. Again, those are kind of nit picky items - I cannot stress enough this is a great hotel.

Location, location, location. We went to the Cody Johnson concert!

The hotel was short staffed on Sunday for the continental breakfast and she was slammed with a sold out hotel. She tried desperately to get help from the two employees just standing at the front desk. She finally got help but it took her numerous attempts going to the front desk.

This is a very nice hotel that is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. We were immediately greeted with a very friendly hello and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was very quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall, we had a great night of sleep.

The elevator was pretty dirty with the same food and trash that was in the floor when we checked in still being there when we checked out. Also, the fixtures on the toilet and in the shower were very loose. Finally, our double Queen room was only given 2 sets of towels so we did have to go down and get two more so all would have enough.

From first arrival , it's a clean and modern hotel . Check in was great and easy . Room was perfect for our needs and above all else it was clean and had no smells ! Just a one night stay for work would have been happy to stay a little longer . Breakfast was good with lots of options .

Such a shame to see such a classy hotel using paper plates and so much disposable plastic. It's everywhere here unfortunately but a shame that all hotels seem to follow the trend . A total waste .

Room waas a junior suite on the top floor and it had a nice sitting area and work desk. King size bed was comfortable and linens were of good quality.

Rooms are cleaned ony upon rquest and if you need fresh towels you have to go to the front desk. Desk chair needs to be replaced. Rooms are not well lighted.
