Wonderful experience compared to other hotels post-COVID. We went there with family to visit the John Deere Pavilion and extended family. Great location and friendly staff.

We really wanted a fun swimming experience for our grandkids. A girls hockey tournament of players filled the hotel — mostly (90%) fine. However there was a gaggle of unchaperoned kids in the pool area (10 kids aged 7-11ish) who dampened our fun with our littles—also, no pool towels (even though I asked twice) and the pool bathroom was closed (think of the water quality in the pool). Sooo…all that compromised our experience.

The hotel was over run with wild and loud young boys from a baseball tournament. I realize the hotel can’t help that but the staff could have been better at making them behave so the other guests weren’t bothered. We weren’t able to use the pool because my son was too scared to get in with all the rough and wild boys in there

The location well suited our goals for the weekend. Most activities were downtown. The breakfasts were quite adequate, and the room was large enough so that we did not feel cramped.

The water pressure in the bathroom faucets was less than ideal. The shower was less than adequate. Not enough water was coming. For a mobility limited room, a handicaped person with limited mobility had to lift the leg and step over the edge of the tub to get in. Thank goodnessfor the shower mat and the many access bars were excellent. A walk-in shower would be much safer. It could/should have a seat available and adjustable shower height. The size of the bathroom made it comfortable for him to take care of himself.

Dirty carpet, hair all around the shower drain, burnt out lights , I called the front desk to ask for someone to come with a light bulb to replace above the jacuzzi, and I was told I was not going to get one because their is no one working , Also the counter by the coffee maker was full of a sticky type substance that I had to clean up,because their were ants everywhere, the front desk didn't seem to mind when they were told about the filthy problems in the room

It was very close to the Vibrant arena which was where the event was held. Customer Service is very responsive and professional. The room is very clean and a memories are provided. There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The breakfast is comparable to other higher tier hotels.

There was no exhaust in the bathroom. My husband say the bed is too lumpy and my daughter said the pillow is too soft but I slept soundly on it.

The hotel and staff are awesome. Our room was like new. Beautiful king suite. Breakfast was not remarkable. I was surprised there was no waffle maker. The food was OK though.

The only other disappointment was the location. There were supposed to be lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. More like some bars and a few restaurants. We didn't really find any shopping.

The breakfast was Awesome!! The rooms were great size. The staff was very helpful . There was so much to do in that area as well as being close to Iowa. The pool was okay a little cold but but great.

There is no washer and dryer. We had to do laundry out in town. They didnt clean under the beds well BUT everything else was very clean and presentable.

We very much liked the room configuration having the ability to close the door to the bedroom and enjoy the living space while others were still sleeping. This was the main reason we returned to this location. Being located right on the river opens up opportunity to explore the walking/bike path. The view of the river from our room was also very nice. Breakfast was above average.

I liked the size of the room. It was nice to have a sitting area with a comfortable chair and sofa bed. The property was very close to Vibrant Arena, and a great Italian restaurant, Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, was across the streeet.

The bed was way too soft, making it uncomfortable for sleeping. The shower had an issue and the flow of water was way too low.

I stayed in the midst of a snow storm. The driveway and parking area were maintained as well as possible. My room was a king suite overlooking the river which was nice. It had a sitting area separate from the bedroom which was great for working and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. I did not use the pool/hot tub so can't comment on those. There are many restaurants within walking distance, including a steakhouse attached to the hotel.

I would have liked to have blackout curtains in the bedroom as the outside lights were quite bright.
