Understated, well-executed design in our room; high quality finishes, linens, towels; 2 bathrobes provided in our room; comfortable mattress, pillows; quiet, effective temperature control; overall quiet; bold contemporary design in public areas; cleanliness everywhere; great food - we had dinner on arrival, then breakfast before departure; lots of accessible parking; unpretentious, polite, helpful, efficient staff.

My wife and I considered ourselves safe walking the streets around the hotel at night, but those streets were practically empty. Not many people live in downtown Davenport.

The location was convenient

The room was small for the price. I had to pay for parking & an up charge for my small dog. So it turned out to be an expensive weekend. Also the sky bar ended up being closed after we had already booked our reservation. Room service had very limited hours.

They had a few working local channels on the tv but the cable was ‘out’ for the entire 3 days we were there which limited my husbands ability to watch his sports

Would be nice to have a microwave in the room but not a deal breaker. Coffee in the lobby would also be really nice.

This hotel's decor is beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are heaven! I love that the parking lot is directly across the street however, it was full (due to a wedding) but the staff told me where to park and that was helpful.

That the parking lot was full. I'm a single traveler and love that the parking for this hotel is across the street and well lit.

No parking! When we got there the small hotel lot was full so we had to park on the street and move our car every few hours to avoid getting tickets. What type of hotel doesn’t have enough dedicated parking for their guests? We likely won’t be back, as this was a nuisance to say the least. Plenty of other hotels have adequate parking.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown close by the Figge art musuem. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby. Parking is in a lot across from the hotel - you'll get wet if it rains!

Not much going on in the surrounding area.

Breakfast was huge. My one egg must have come from an ostrich! Maintenance was quick to replace our nonfunctioning remote with one that worked.

The shower didn't operate properly. We got water from the handheld spray but not from the mounted overhead. There were no batteries in the mirror to make it light up. The bidet didn't live up to our expectations (it was our first use of a bidet).

Beautiful and classy hotel. I love all the art work. I was disappointed that the downstairs bar and restaurant were not open. However, we had fun up at the Sky Bar and the breakfast was very good. It is a treat to stay here.

Only problem was the bar downstairs was not open and the Sky Bar was only open from 5 till 10 pm. I would have liked to have a night cap up there after the concert but I do realize it was a Tuesday night.

This place felt like a home away from home. I loved the spa feeling to the bathroom. It was extremely relaxing and comfortable.
