Location easy to find and pretty much in the center is everything

Our first room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Went to the front desk and told the lady about it she never really said anything just took my key and gave me another room without issue I kind of excepted a apology or something but at least she wasn’t hateful Also when checking out the next morning there was no one at the desk then I seen a worker outside she advised me to just leave the key on the desk that the desk clerk wasn’t there yet 🤷🏻‍♀️

The bed was very clean and comfortable. The room was very clean and was so pleasant to finally had a great room to stay in. Pets welcome. Good coffee. Staff were pleasant. Nice check in process. Luggage carts available.

The "breakfast included" as listed was disappointing. There were oranges and cereal and you could make a waffle, but it wasn't turned on. They did turn it on but took too long to heat up. Noise from lobby at 3am but it finally settled down.

Staff was very sweet and nice.. the room I had a roach problem nothing my shoe couldn’t fix over all it was fine I enjoyed my stay

The roaches, the water on the floor from the front door to the elevator, it ruin my outfit… and the hallways was very hot

Excellent experience! Brief overnight stay on our way to Lake Charles, LA. Manager called to confirm we would be checking in and when. He was also extremely friendly at check in. Beds were super comfy and pillows were fabulous! Maybe not the greatest part of town but there were no issues. No breakfast is being served at this time, but honestly, at this price, I wasn’t upset.

Location made me a bit wary, as a female traveling with two teenage girls. But parking lot was well lit and there were no issues.

The front desk staff was great. Our room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The fridge had a freezer and that saved our ice for the next day as well as our food was cold in the fridge.

The walls were paper thin and while I truly do not believe we had loud neighbors beside and above us, you could hear every single going on. Insulation would be a big plus in the walls and flooring as something as simple as dropping what sounded like a book was loud in our room.

I liked it absolutely everything about this property from the friendly houses to the friendly housekeeping staff they were more than willing to accommodate me and my family and I was so glad that I chose to stay with them on my short visit.

The room was spacious.

We waited almost 10 minutes due to front desk receptionist though it was ok to stay outside holding a conversation with someone else instead of helping his guests. The room was remodel but the restroom was outdated. We had to go to the store to get our own cleaning supplies to clean the restroom. This was the second time we stayed there. The first time they were doing remodeling so the experience wasn't that great. So we decide to give them another try, but the second go around wasn't any better.

I didn't like the way Christina called the police on me only because I ask for my recipe I was leaving the next day cause they not going to give me 9 recipe when all together I need (80) recipe from them (80) not 9 I need (80) recipe I stayed in room 127 for 4months I was paying even day I mean everyday all they can do

property was overall great! bed was very comfy ! close to a lot of eating places and shopping stores .. some were walking distances ! was traveling for my son to play ball and we were only 5 minutes from the sports complex

only I was not satisfied with was my sheets and cover, they had a few dirt spots on them.

My room was big and clean. I had a room with the jetted tub and that was so nice. There was a desk that came in really handy. I had a lot of paper work I had to get done and having the area to keep it in made it very convenient.

There is nothing I can think of I didn't like.
