We were only there for about 12 hours....a stop in our travels. So, having a decent breakfast was going to be a plus....so that we would not need to stop and eat. The complimentary breakfast at this hotel was well above par for a free breakfast. I have had my share of them at all of our different stays in the past. The breakfast here was exceptionally good! There is something for everyone to get their day going! The room was quiet, beds were comfortable....and all was clean. Yes, the TV power and functionality was a little different.....but we figured it out without needing to ask....but we could have asked if needed to as the front desk clerks were very friendly.
I cannot think of one thing negative about this hotel.

The whole process of booking, checking in, and checking out. The location of the hotel was close to the hospital I was having to visit to check on my uncle.. There were a variety of restaurants, gas stations, and stores available in close vicinity. The staff were helpful and nice. One housekeeper, Brittany, was so helpful to me on Saturday morning! There was a variety of breakfast choices down in the kitchen area. The pool was available. The elevator worked and was clean. The room was very spacious and clean! The halls weren't noisy. The hotel provided an area across from the receptionist for items for sale. This stay was so peaceful, and I will definitely recommend 10/10!

I am hearing impaired and I sleep without my hearing aides. I asked front desk if some one could BANG (Knock loudly) on my door between 6 and 615 each morning. They said no problem they would do it ..... : Problem was no one did it. I asked first morning "what happened to my knock. Counter clerk said she forgot but won't forget again..... they never knocked at all during the stay.
See above. mY hearing loss in in high frequency range and your phones and alarm clocks at the range I CAN NOT hearI bring my own LOUD alarm clock to help me but its not enough.

Breakfast good location, right off the expressway.
well, what I didn’t like was I was on the expressway and tried to call the hotel and they kept hanging up on me and we never got anyone to pick up and I was coming 752 miles and we came up to traffic that way, so I tried to call the Hotel and they never answered the operator came on an kept cutting me off , an I call 6 time that’s the only thing I can say that was unprofessional. You guys need to fix customer service and the phone in the room. Tried to call the front desk operator no call so we had to come downstairs, other than that, everything was OK. Communication is the most important thing to talk to let them know what’s going on. I came too far with my family. other than that, everything else was OK.

Liked the works. they were pretty friendly.
I dont know if it was the door or key cards, but I could not get the key cards to constantly work on the first attempt. I would have to try each card multiple times before one of the two i had would work. On my last night, there was a LOT of load noises in the hallway with people closing/slamming door and talking very loudly. This last for problem an hour between 8 and 9:30 ( not sure of when it started or ended)

Person who checked me in was friendly. They had a cart to take luggage/hanging clothes to the room. Had adequate amount of parking. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower worked well. Had a good breakfast the first day, eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs among other selections and included in the price unlike another (unmentioned) chain that now charges extra for breakfast. Located near the National Military Park entrance.
The cost of this motel, like many others, is almost double what it was just a few years ago. Room card does not always work and/or is hard to use. Had issues with the TV remote. Second day the breakfast wasn't as completely stocked as the first.

Nice staffers, clean room, comfortable bed. Price is competitive with other motels although they all seem to have outpaced inflation since 2020. Breakfast had both eggs/sausage/biscuits/gravy and waffles among other selections. Motel is far enough from highway not to hear traffic but not too far as to be hard to find. Location is also convenient to restaurants. It is also approximately a mile from the main entrance to the national military park.
The key never properly worked in room 311 although we had several extra keys made and maintenance changed the lock. Also, the bathroom door in that room rubs the floor which makes noise and disturbs sleepers.

Friendly staff with easy check in. The carts for luggage were in good condition. Room was large and sofa, chairs and bed were comfortable. Good selection of items for breakfast. Really liked the little egg omelets.
At breakfast the gravy for the biscuits was not warm. Wish there was a pull-out tray for the danish so that I didn't have to pull them all out to find the apple.

The breakfast included Aptivia yogurt (+), bacon, eggs, packaged sweet buns, milk, coffee, flavored breakfast drinks (I didn't try), waffles, biscuits and gravy (rate 4 out of 5 because biscuit texture was not great and gravy seemed to be canned), cereals including instant oatmeal, and maybe more. The kitchen staff were attentive and pleasant. We liked having windows across one wall. I think for the rate we paid it was excellent.
The biscuits and gravy and probably the flavored drinks, although I didn't try those. Probably need a 5-star property to get great juice, but then would be paying more.

I slept thru breakfast. Location was great. Shopping and eateries were very close. I was able to park near the front door and as I am disabled that was a big plus.
No power cord plug ins near bed . Maintenance had to be called to get my a/c fixed. And then the air would only go to 69. Tv had to be reset by maintenance also.
