The accommodations at La Quinta were suited for a royal family! - Spacious living room equipped for work and for relaxation. - Spacious bedroom with magnificent king size bed and many feathers staffed pillows - Spacious and immaculately clean bathroom What else a tired traveler can dream for?

On the top of everything listed above, I would like to thank Chris, who was minding the front desk when my wife and I were checking in. What a caring and intelligent Man! He was treating us as if we were his family. In this day and age this kind of customer care is uncommon! Thank you Chris!

I love the staff and how clean the place was. Perfect location right in the middle of everything. My room smelled awesome. Only a few minor thing that needs to be fixed other than that it was awesome. I will stay again.

The bed was not the best and the shower head needs to be replaced. The water pressure was awesome the shower head was not cutting it. Also the air it was really hot so we cut the air down to 68. I don't think my room ever got cool. Other than these few thing it was really nice and clean and everyone was very friendly.

The staff was friendly , breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel lobby was pleasant to the eye.

The hotel manager had to let me into the room. No matter how many keys they replaced. None of them work. Room 108. I’m not a handyman I think that the lock needs to be replaced. There was a white stain in the carpet. Could have been lotion, maybe yogurt Try shampooing

The grounds were clean and inviting. The lobby was clean as well. The outside staff spoke upon our arrival to the hotel with small talk and a smile.

The check-in person was not the friendliest. He really didn't spend time looking up my booking/reservation. Since I had reserved two rooms, he only checked me into one. I asked were the other room was and that there was suppose to be two rooms close together. The statement was made, I guess no one looked to put them together. I did inform him that I did request but nothing could be done.

Most of all, the staff. They were so very nice and friendly. Went out of their way to help. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean.

The ONLY problem we had was that the CC did not work on the TV. I’m hard of hearing so I have to have that. A nice man on staff tried to fix it but couldn’t. It was not something that I would give a bad review for though. Another problem is the billing. We were billed for 4 nights but the manager Kris worked on it and said it should come out fine.

Loved the room. It was comfortable and seemed to be clean.

However, there were maintenance issues: there were no tissues, no extra toilet paper, there were no coffee cups in the room, the shower curtain rod was so slanted that the shower curtain kept sliding to the middle and water sprayed around it onto the floor making the floor slick, the refrigerator had a red circle where someone had put a drink that had spilled and made it obvious that the refrigerator was not cleaned. We had 3 pillows which were flat. It would have been nicer to have had 4 pillows so each of us could have had 2. We did go to the desk and get tissues, toilet paper, and coffee cups but should not have had to ask for these things. Pillows are terrible! We made do but it did not make the bed as comfortable.

Young man at the front desk was very nice. Checking out was a breeze. Housekeeping staff was friendly when heading to check out. No fault of yours, but could hear couple above bed rocking most of the night. Funny part was I had the exact same room I had the last time I stayed.

We are allergic to feathers in feather pillows that were on the bed. The staff quickly found us some polyester pillows for replacements. Problem solved.

Nice hotel and staff; the manager moved us to an upgraded room The 2nd night and remove charge for previous night due to conditions.

ice machines was not working First night toilet was running and filling up every 5 mins and bathroom light flickering all night. Refrigerator was not plugged in and all of our food spoiled.

Location, staff was great, bed was comfortable lighted outside at night, and pet friendly. Close to everything I came to see.

TV just dated and TV reception only got around 10 channels in the day time and fewer at night. It would say weak signal direct Tv. But I did not come for the TV.
