The room was clean, organized, and comfortable. The room also had great Wi-Fi connectivity, a fridge, a microwave, and a sizeable HD quality flat screen TV. There was an AC in the room where I had full control of the temperature. There was a plethora of towels and soap for hygiene purposes. The staff also respected my privacy and didn't intrude upon me at any point in time.

I think the parking area could've been better and the mini refrigerator that was in the room was not that powerful, so cooling took a longer time to occur. The sink in my room did not have an indicator for cold/hot water, so it was a little challenging to remember which side was hot or cold.

(Howard Johnson hotel) they are RUDE!! I was unaware that I needed a credit card to stay. I used my debit card to reserve but when I got there the guy at the counter was very RUDE over the phone and In person. He told me I could just book somewhere else, as if I wasn't aware of that. I went right across the street to Rhodeway INN. Ms Jones was very nice my DEBIT CARD WAS GOOD ENOUGH, I THINK IT WAS LITERALLY $8.00 MORE. I SLEPT WELL IT WAS QUITE I FELT SAFE. IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH.. BOUT THE SAME QUALITY HOTEL BUT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.. PLUS SHE SAID SHE WOULD WATCH OUT FOR ME, THAT MEANT ALOT

The room, lobby, and parking lot were all clean and tidy. The workers were super nice and didn't make a fuss when I had to have my door key reset. It's also very quiet, you can't hear any of the neighbors unless they are outside.

I was hoping the pool was open but I understood having to work on it. That's it for things I didn't like

Staff was very kind and the location was perfect. Just what I needed for a short stay during my long road trip. Bathroom was nice and clean and stocked with all that I needed. The grounds are also lovely and clearly under a period of growth. Loved the gazebo out front!

Sadly, the breakfast was lackluster. They did still offer coffee and some granola bars, but I am guessing it is due to continued caution over COVID plus a smaller number of guests than usual during the time I stayed.

The older lady at the front desk was a hoot! She was so funny and made us feel really welcome. She was also very helpful to fix our room key when it did not work the first time. She reminded me of my own grandmother. Super SPUNKY!

Only one ice machine worked and it just so happened to be the one furthest from my room. There was no breakfast offered like it said on the website. We were looking forward to the free breakfast. Besides that, everything was really good.

Booked on Booking.com because it said breakfast included. It was not. Hotel said they did not do breakfast and offered a granola bar! Not acceptable to advertise breakfast. Would not have booked if had known no breakfast

Albert and Lindsay, who work the front desk, were extremely helpful. We had some special needs and they worked together for our family to make that happen.

Coffee and filters from previous guests in the coffee pot. Sinks and shower could have been cleaned more.

Room was clean and had amenities as noted in booking. I was surprised/unhappy, however, that the room did not have a coffee maker. Nor was coffee available at the office. This small addition would make a big difference to frequent travelers like me!

The friendly staff especially Cynthia. She was so helpful and made sure our room was as expected. She provided information on restaurants and information about the area.

The facility was clean, the staff was acceptable but not real friendly.

I made the reservation and the staff knew what room I was assigned, and approximately what my arrival time was and didn't turn on the AC in the room.
