The hotel was up to the standard of the IHG hotel. Very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was okay not outstanding just the standard breakfast for this hotel. Staff very professional and courteous.

Breakfast could be a lot better adding items for gluten free patrons. More amenities in the rooms like more towels, soap bar for hands, and toilet paper would be better than waiting for them to be delivered to your room. Towels at the pool and more cleaning of the pool would be also better.

Room was renovated and all was new. I like and appreciate that at leat part of the room floor has no carpet and can be mopped.

Replace the fridge: it was too loud and I had to disconnect it. Replace the bathroom fan: made very loud noise and will probably stop working soon.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Everyone helpful and eager to make you comfortable. Breakfast very good and kept hot.

More parking, but I understand it was full from workers needed from the recent storms in the areas

Convince to downtown and the areas we were going, along with close to the highway

The beds weren’t as comfy as most Holliday Inn Express beds are.

The manager, Gail, and her staff went out of their way to see that my husband's insulin, which he left in the fridge. got returned to us. I was very impressed by their concern for him.

There was a piece of metal sticking out of the side of one bed. My sister bumped into it and had a nasty cut on her leg. We informed the person at the front desk.

It was close to the Vicksburg military park where we toured. Also close to our favorite Cracker Barrel!

We were satisfied with all!!!
