We were pleasantly surprised with this facility. Everything was great. The breakfast was fair. Had never had eggs prepared that way. They were cold and not very appealing. However, the friendliness of the staff more than made up for the breakfast. There was plenty of room in lobby to visit with friends and staff. Would highly recommend and we also liked the idea they accept dogs.

The breakfast could have been better. Did not care for the flat eggs and strange looking bacon. Also the a/c and heater were noisy until we put it on low. The thermostat on wall did not mesh with the unit in our room.

Staff advised me that my room was cancelled the day of check in after booking a month in advance. Nothing was said when called 2 hours ahead.Top it off the staff informed me that they didn’t have anymore rooms available. I asked her what i supposed to do now after driving 8 hours. Her response was I don’t know what to tell you!!

Very clean. Seems new. Great place to stay on the way to Orange Beach. The downtown area is close by and very cute. It is hard to find a place to fit a family of 5. Great hotel and great place to stay on the way to the gulf.

The big accommodating room. We were so comfortable, everybody had their own bed. We got some good rest. No smoking in the building was number 1. We smelled no smoke anywhere. Just fresh clean air and building. The staff was awesome on the phone and in person.

I had ants in the bathroom that stayed on the toilet. I informed the staff they sprayed, but we still saw them come back after a few hours. It was explained that they were coming up to the building from outside.

That they changed me extra fees for no alleged reason , I don’t smoke and I definitely don’t do any control substances and I don’t drink

The most important things to me are a good bed/bedding, that it feels safe and secure and that it is quiet. We were very happy with the beds and had no issues with security or getting some peace and quiet.

No complaints.

My suite was very spacious and comfortable. The area was very clean. Douglas at the front desk was awesome. Definitely will stay here again.

Nice and clean

Location was just off the highway. The room was massive. Would be great for a long stay and ideal for working professionals. It feels more like a studio then hotel room. Large fridge, DW, micro, plates, coffee cups, utensils…
