Amazing property and location. Great food

A wonderful hotel featuring a superb SPA and its own thermal spring. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, with beautifully maintained gardens that add to the charm. The restaurant offers exceptional local cuisine, complemented by highly professional service. The hotel frequently hosts cultural events and art exhibitions, enriching the experience for its guests.

Staff at the reception and at the bar “Otium” in direct contact with the clients need more professional training.

This was our 2nd visit to Grand Hotel Telese. We noticed that improvements were made since our last visit a few months ago that include the addition of a mini refrigerator in the suite and renovated bathrooms in the family room. The staff is exceptional, outdoor pool was clean, and the amenities are very nice! The breakfast was good.

Stunning Hotel and looked like a palace. Rooms are a good size and we had a family room which even included another room with a sofa and dining table. The breakfast was a very good selection of hot and cold foods. The pool was very big and also had a smaller baby pool. Very clean and also had waiter service for food and drink as well as lifeguards. Spa area was good although you had to book any treatments. Plenty of parking. The town is only a 5 min drive and has some great shops and restaurants.

Rooms although very comfortable beds were a little dated and not a lot of plug sockets in the rooms. Although some of our friends stayed at the same time and their rooms were quite modern so they could be in the process of revamping it. We had our own car but if you didn't there are no taxis nearby and if you can its very expensive to go into town 5 mins away as it is quite remote. Also everyone has to wear a swimming cap in the pool which isn't a big thing but just a little odd!

The hotel is very beautiful breakfast superb. Is surrounded by an amazing garden and pools are perfect. Staff at the restaurant and coffee shop and Spa very helpful and kind.

Rooms are a little bit old, the location is not so convenient if You don't ha a car and prices for every kind of extra a little bit expensive, but of course the place is a four stars so You should expect this.

We had a Family Room, which was actually two rooms adjoining that worked out well for 4. It is a peaceful location and we had a great view of the mountains. The pool area is excellent and it was 5 star service from staff, who were professional and very friendly.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast amazing! Really peaceful place.

Unfortunately the only negative thing was the noise from the kitchen ventilation outside above our room. So awake everyday morning at 6am till 10.30 pm. But the staff immediatly changed our room when we reported it))

Very large comfortable room with a very large bathroom. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Very clean rooms and facility. The hotel is located in a park and the have many luminated features (heart shape, half-moon, butterflies, and numerous other lighted features throughout the grounds.

Staff were great. Pool is lovely and very well maintained. Aircon in rooms is effective (it was 40 degrees centigrade during our stay)

One of our rooms needed a clean when we first arrived but was fine after that

Our shower was behaving a bit weird, making it difficult to use it. Since it was the last morning of our stay, I didn't bother asking the staff for support.
