The bed was incredibly comfortable. The lighting was exactly what you’d want and need in a single room suite. Tv worked just fine. The thermostat was very user-friendly. The sofa bed was a nice touch. The room looked, smelled, and felt very clean (although I think cleaning behind and under the furniture would be beneficial). The bathroom was preferably spacious. It’s difficult to find a hotel bathroom that has lots of space, great mirror lighting, quiet-flush toilet, easy to use shower with perfect water pressure, and honestly amazing towels, yet this bathroom had every bit. I slept like a princess! Really glad I booked here. The staff wasn’t overbearing and intrusive. They were all so pleasant and helpful. Place was very quiet too. I know we all hate noisy hotels. I booked on a holiday weekend and there was zero disturbance. I can’t say anything about breakfast though because I slept so peacefully til noon hehe

I enjoy the breakfast, especially the omelettes however it would have been nice to have some grits.🤪 The location was wonderful The center of everything. I really appreciate the staff member that informed me. I wasn’t signed up for the Hyatt to get my credit points so she assist me with that. There had been several times I stayed there.a wasn’t sign up. It will be nice to get some extra credit points.

Sorry I’m not going to make up anything. There was nothing. I didn’t like everything went well. Looking forward to booking with the Hyatt again.

Entering our room, I was ecstatic to realize that we'd been upgraded to a king suite! I'd never been able to justify booking one before, but now I can't imagine going back. This room was wonderful for our brief trip. Everything was clean, and the room was incredibly spacious for two people. The bed (and couch) were both very comfortable. Although we only stayed two nights, the suite had all the amenities to accommodate a longer stay. We loved the large fridge and freezer. I was suprised to see a full arsenal of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, and bowls all available in the kitchenette. While we didn't take the time to go through them thouroughly, they all seemed to be clean and in very good condition. I was impressed to find a stovetop and dishwasher as well. There was plenty of storage space as well. Many drawers, two closets, and some shelves. With the couch, I imagine the suite could sleep three people comfortably (though I wouldn't suggest more than two for a longer stay). There was plenty of seating available (three chairs at the table, and L sofa, and two ottomans). Although we saw that the rooms next to us were occupied, we never heard anything from the bedroom. In the living area, you could hear conversations out in the hallway fairly well, but those noises never made it to the bedroom. Breakfast was good- nothing particularly impressive, but perfectly fine for an included breakfast. Everything was clean, and the buffet had a nice assortment of options. We never got around to trying the omelet bar, but it seemed very popular. We did really appreciate that to-go boxes and drinks were available!

The breakfast is wonderful with good variety of foods. Roof top bar and dinner is pretty relaxing and comfortable on good weather days. The couch in the room have a wonderful comfortable to watch TV or to read a book.

Some the subway tiles in shower looked a little dirty. The elevators has no signals nor sound on arrival to floors. Hallways are noisy with doors slamming at night and mornings. Some of bar's drink prices are a bit costly

The staff was awesome, the front desk people are so nice, the house keepers were also friendly and attentive.

The shower door would shut the properly, it was sagging so it felt like the glass was going to break every time I shut it. I had to lift the shower door from the bar and slowly close it. The room would never get below 73 and felt stuffy and hot since there’s no fan. Also the pancakes are gross, please stop that.

The room was small, but nice. The staff was exceptional, especially Teresa at the front desk. The breakfast was tasty and well presented. The Lady in charge of breakfast did a Great job and helped get our day off to a good start.

I really don’t have anything negative to say about the property. I thought the room was a little on the small side, but we could’ve rented a bigger room.

Friendly staff, clean Hotel, great breakfast and convenient location to restaurants, shops and the River walk. We were able to walk a short distance to the Amphitheater to see a concert during our brief stay. We will definitely be back!!

I liked the ambience of the rooftop bar, Don the bartender was great! The food was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay!

I've stayed there a few times and I feel I paid the same price for a larger room but that might be my only gripe, it's pricey but worth it!

Loved the setup, spacious except the full body mirror is in the closet,which i thought was odd but the room was neat clean and the bed was very comfortable .

Carpet needs to be cleanedin the rooms and hallway floor 6.

This was my first stay at one of the Hyatt House hotels, which is their equivalent of extended stay lodging that includes a living room, dining table, and small kitchenette. Unlike many other extended stay hotels, the room was fashionably designed and laid out in almost a loft style (though smaller). The size of the bed, the dining table, and the well-appointed bathroom were big pluses. There weren't many people in it because of the heat, but the attractive roof bar also looked great.

Location, location, location. The front of the hotel is on Broad Street, the main drag through downtown Augusta, and the building feels like its right at the end and in one of the more unattractive parts of the street. The view from my window was sort of the backside of Broad Street and that area is desperately in need of some redevelopment. Nonetheless, I felt totally safe in the hotel and its immediate environs and was comfortable my car was secure in their elevated and gated parking structure.
