It is usually pretty quiet, which is nice. Pool was nice and clean with lots of towels. I liked that the Christmas tree was still up since this was our holiday with my son’s girlfriend. Room was clean.

The breakfast area (tables) were not being cleaned when guests would leave, even though there were at least 3 employees sitting in the area talking. Could have used trash bags in the waste baskets in the hotel room. No shampoo in the shower. Visiting guests can’t get in during the day since the gates are closed - unless we go down to let them in to park.

The size of the room was excellent. It was great that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The breakfast had many options, which we appreciated.

The water pressure was ridiculously low. The shower head was so high it was difficult as I took a shower. It would have been better to also have a bathtub as we had our grandchildren too young to take a shower. Also there was a lack of towels and no soup in the dispenser in the room. We asked and did not receive until the next day. The pool needs cleaning. There was high amounts of chlorine. However the tile around the top of the pool is extremely dirty - full of dirt and grime

The gate that’s around the hotel is only used to block vehicles. You need a room key to use the gate to get your vehicle into the parking lot, but there’s no way of stopping people from just walking around the gate. It’s not in a bad location, but it would have provided a huge safety comfort for me if they had a complete fence to block both random pedestrians and vehicles from entering the parking lot.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was average, clean, nice facility, pool is smaller and there were kids in there screaming at the top of their lungs, but hotel can't really control that, but we just left. Parents were sitting there smoking and were probably glad we left. This is a nice hotel in a not great area, but they have a gated parking lot.

Staff was iffy. The woman seemed annoyed that I asked one question. The location is iffy, but gated parking lot. The other guests were rude. I'd say below average experience.

It was in a convenient location, it was clean & the bedrooms comfortable. The staff were so nice, friendly & very helpful. We traveled with our kids so they had fun in the pool & we felt safe there. We enjoyed the breakfast!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Common area in lobby large and nicely decorated.

Some odd smells in the hallways and room. I think they were having water issues. Low water pressure in sink. Room layout was weird—bathroom door got in the way.

Great stay. Very Clean hotel. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Room and bathroom was spacious. Located near lots of convenient stores and restaurants. 15-20 mins from Downtown Houston. Price of room was good value for experience. Complimentary breakfast. Free gated parking on-site. Would definitely stay again!!

Everything was great as usual. This is my "Go-to" spot when I go for work in Houston. Really have not had any compliants of the hotel or area thus far!!

Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, with plenty of different options to choose from. Nice indoor pool. Very close to the i10, so perfect for a stop on a long drive. Tasty Mexican place nearby (El Tejano).

The restaurant is only open on the weekends, so we had to drive out to find somewhere to eat. The area around the hotel felt a little sketchy, but that's often the case near the interstate in the US.

Check-in and Check out was smooth, fast, and easy. Receptionist was very kind, courteous, and professional. Hotel was clean and spacious. Very well kept. Enjoyed the gym. Parking is free and gated to protect your cars. Hotel room key access makes you feel very safe. Served breakfast. Room and bathroom size is clean & spacious. Located around a lot of gas stations, food places, stores to buy whatever you need for your stay!!

I liked everything. Don't have any complaints!!
