Great location, only a 5 minute walk from the main station, but in a quiet area nonetheless. The room had lots of storage and offered comfortable seating too, and the big windows were very refreshing, especially since we could enjoy a bit of the mountain view from the balcony. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay.

The double bed was two mattresses pushed together, which is not ideal since it leaves a gap in between. The mattress was a bit too soft for me personally, but my partner didn't have issues with it and quite liked it. Water pressure was not the best (3rd floor).

I recently stayed at a hotel that I absolutely loved. Everything about it was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities, including the pool and the gym, were top-notch. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. MULTILIGUAL STAFF!!!

Easy to find and park, walking distance from town centre with lots of restaurants. Very friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Lovely modern rooms

The plug in the bathroom sink did not work so you had to keep the tap running to wash

- Check-in took forever due to other guests not being prepared and no second computer available to the second receptionist - climate was set too warm and could not be reduced to comfortable temperatures for sleeping despite the cold weather - too much noise from both upstairs and the door

The staff was very friendly and made us feel like their VIP guests the whole stay. Very accommodating and helping with all our questions. It was also really handy to have access to the underground garage.

It was not very handy that we could not get food from their kitchen upon arrival nor eat at a table, we had to eat at our room with no proper space for it.

It would be great if breakfast time could be extended to 10.30h (currently, breakfast is offered until 9.30 only).
