Staff is very kind and helpful for almost all sevices they provided. Room was clean and bathroom is good as well. I am satisfied with breakfast as well as location where it is. It's close to Straubing station so you can walk to hotel within 15 minutes.

Please share your policies or terms about accommodation. For example, you can place the information memo on the table of room that 'No cleaning room' provide free beer and only 'Placing towers on the floor' means replacement of tower. I think not everybody pay attention to tablet PC and small letter of instruction in the bathroom. :)

Nice area, 10 min. walk from main square. Friendly staff, good food dinner. Nice design. Breakfast ok. Despite the fact that we did not have dinner reservations staff still found us a table while restaurant was full. Would recommend this place.

Room a bit small, not enough options to hang shower towels. No safe, no mini fridge in room. Breakfast no dairy alternatives. Would be great to have automatic doors from parking garage to lift corridor. But all of the above are small items - we are recurring customers and the above is intended to move the needle from good to great.

Nice room, fairly friendly staff, good restaurant on site and, hallelujah, a hotel that has AC. It’s a rare find in Germany unless you’re at a major chain. Outstanding breakfast for €15. This time I was traveling by bike and they had a bicycle workshop area for guests… A+++

Splitting hairs here but faucet was too close to sink for whatever reason so it’s hard to wash hands without touching the sink basin… strange design.

Clean Hotel with a good situation and a friendly staff. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of choice. The bedroom was perfect but take your ear plugs as there is a church with a ring bell not so far :)

Curiously a maid entered my bedroom 2 times when I was still in bed.

Staff was super friendly. The place was absolutely clean. The rooms where nice as well. it was easy to find a parkingspot right in front of the hotel. Try the restaurant as well, they serve delicious food. The inner city is only a 10 minute walk away. Great place for a weekend with friends.

It is a little complicated to find the room due to the building layout, but staff kindly showed me the way.

Friendly staff and very polite. Nice breakfast, Scrambled eggs and Sunny side up eggs are also made right in front of you, so you can enjoy fresh and ready-made food!

Very nice rooms, perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast amazing, nothing was missing.

Closed restaurant when information about closing was received after payment (tickets for free welcome drinks was nice but for nothing). Other restaurants not far away but also not that close if you are traveling with small kids.

In the second week of stay, the accommodation experience is very good, and you can enjoy delicious food. The environment is comfortable, and the hotel staff is very friendly.
