Staff all very helpful - as always - and happy to accomodate any reasonable requests.
I would have appreciated a wider selection of good value wines on the dining menu - but acknowledge there is a wide selection of quality wines, however not all budgets cover those costs.

Pet friendly. great out door space very near by for exercising dog - (the lake to the rear of the hotel under the motorway bridge). Very close to M20 Junction 50 so convenient for travelling. spacious and clean room. Large garden by the pool and terrace so pleasant for sitting out side.
it was Easter weekend but the restaurant was closed. This was the 2nd hotel of the trip which advertised a Restuarant but it was closed. However there was a very good Restuarant nearby which was also dog friendly.

Excellent location near autoroute.
The only disadvantage of being so close to the autoroute is the noise of passing traffic, but it was not so loud as to be intrusive.

Breakfast was outstanding, the swimming pool was great to enjoy before hitting the road, right next to the access to the highway, easy onsite parking included, beds were really comfortable and service really kind and helpful.
Everything waa perfect. A fridge in the room would have been helpful.
