The facilities, rooms are new, you can park outside your room. There is a free frozen microwavable meal per person. Coffee machine makes good coffee. Close to Fressay supermarket, pharmacy and clothes store. The largest room is great, with low steps, suitable for older people.

The single rooms have pretty tall steps, not handicap friendly or not suitable for people with bad knees or have a large luggage to move up the stairs. Toilet is alittle small, but its standard for business hotel size. No knife, no ceramic bowls in the largest room for proper cooking.

The staff are helpful. The hotel are clean. They also have a free food to our surprised. The location was a little bit far from the places we want to explore but it's quiet and peaceful. And the price is very affordable...

Lovely and comfortable room. Fully equipped and quiet for a very nice night of sleep. Tremendously clean You can park your car right in front of your cabin. Guests get a free meal for dinner/breakfast and there's wonderful facilities like drinks etc. Also a large supermarket and McDonald's nearby at walking distance. I'm sure we will stay again soon in the future.

Free parking right in front of the trailer. Easy to access. Room not big but it is clean and the price is fair. Convinent for re-stocking as it is walking distance to a huge drug store and grocery store (considering we were kinda in the middle of a small town)

Seems good enough a place for a short stay in the middle of a small town in Saitama.

Shower water sometimes run out of warm water and we need to wait for it to come back Personal preference for a simple study chair, the massage recliner chair took up quite a bit of space.

The room was so clean and everything was very new. Each room is one container so you can’t hear anyone else around you. We loved the massage chair, which was great after our long drive there. The hotel itself is well situated with many places to eat nearby including restaurants and convenience stores. We got there at 10pm and enjoyed the free frozen mean the hotel provides!

Love the container design place. Inside is just like a normal liveable place to be. The message chair was super addition for me to relax at night. Nice place when you travel around by car.

No dedicated parking. I wish I could park my car right in front of my room but that was just a minor thing. Not a big problem.

Quite close to the nearest railway station, restaurants, pharmacy etc nearby until quite late.

We booked 2 rooms, strange smell in one room and the other room has no problem
