Location was very good, in the middle of the city in a quiet street. It was near to everything. Room was big with a comfortable bed. Room and the bathroom were clean. Personel at the reception were nice, friendly and helpful.

Couldn't adjust the room temperature. They told me that (beginning of May) it wasn't the season and the room temperature adjusted, controlled centrally, either cold or warm. I couldn't work out how the TV worked. Either TV wasn't working or the internet problem. Internet (WiFI) wasn't reliable. Sometimes no internet, sometimes very week.

My room was warm and quiet. I enjoyed a comfortable sitting area with armchairs and coffee table, just perfect to sit in after a long day of being on my feet and moving about. For my needs, the location was excellent as it was central in relation to the various sites I visited in the city. The decor in the hotel is a bit eclectic, but that together with the friendly and competent staff gave Vendome a lovely personality! (No breakfast was included; as clear in the booking.)

I suppose I could comment that a couple items of furniture (one bedside table and another side table) were showing some wear, but frankly that did not bother me at all. Things were clean and functional, the room and bathroom were spacious and warm, and the cost was fully in my budget range -- so I have no complaints at all.

The location is just amazing everything interesting almost 10 to -15 min walking distance, there’s free small parking for the hotel, and the staff try their best .

Very old and tired hotel need restoration, the bed not comfortable, AC not working, and not friendly to family.

The check-in and checkout procedures are so easy. I love the location of the hotel being so close to everything including railway station and town centre in Eskisehir. I like it that reception provided me the best advice on where to eat Lahmacun in town.

To ever leave this place so early - I wish I could have stayed longer...

I really liked how the staff attended to me as a guest. They helped me with a booking of a trip and offered me a welcome drink. This is a great place to stay.

the room was specious, bed very comfy. the pub downstairs is very nice, especially when u r tired to go out or to just take a break, grab a beer, play ppol with ur friends or meet new people. very close to train station (10 min walk)

The room was clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff members' service was extremely helpful. The price is worth it. I'll come back, definitely.

The location and the staff were good. I could leave my luggage at the hotel after my check out. It was very helpful for me.

Unfortunately the hotel has a strong cigarettes smell almost everywhere. So, it might be disturbing sometimes.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel: it is comfy, in a nice neighbourhood. But above all the receptionist was most helpful. He ordered a taxi the next moning to take us to the train station, however, the taxi came early and the coffee he offered us while waiting for the taxi was quickly poored into a paper cup and delivered while we were already in the taxi! If that' s not service, then what is! Thank you for that. We will certainly come again if we visit Eshkisehir in the future.

There is nothing we did not like. The room was spacious and cosy, the bathroom was big as well, which is always a bonus.

Best hotel experience ever. Location is right in the city center. We could park 2 cars without a problem and all of the staff is kind and really goes out of their way to assist with anything you need. I specifically want to compliment Yakup in the evenings and Sude during the day. Yakup helped us check in even though we were late, guided us to the hotel and waited for us outside when we couldn't find it. We also had trouble with the wifi the first day, but Yakup did the most he could to solve the problem and eventually we had wifi on 2 devices. My mom was very happy with Sude, she is the sweetest lady, always smiling. Although, I had an appointment and could not make the breakfast, she asked when I would return so they could arrange it a bit later. I declined but still really appreciate the gesture and flexibility. Superb staff!

Our room was right above the Irish pub which plays music all the time, so we needed to sleep with earbuds in. The 2 person bed was actually 2 single beds next to each other in my room. Normally it's okay, but since the mattresses were really soft you fall in the middle. Also caused back pains for my wife after the 3rd and last night. There was also a small third bed in our room, which was super hard. Also the small lights above the beds did not work in our room, so had to turn off the lights from the door. So not the best sleeping experience in that regard, but the everything else was so good that it made up for it.
