The hotel is located within 10 minutes from JiaoXi train station. It is near several Jiaoxi attractions such as Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park. The room was amazing. It was big, spacious, clean and comfortable. The highlight would be the hot spring bath. There were options for hot spring and cold spring water. Highly recommended for value for money accomodation focused on hot spring bath.

Do take note that their front counter do not operate 24/7, so you would not want to check too late at night. The spring bath also does require some time to fill up, as the tub is quite big. So I would recommend to start the water going earlier.

Our stay was fantastic! The certified in-room hot spring with a spacious tub was a highlight, filling quickly and perfect for relaxing. Loved the shower tiles and comfy bed. The private elevator added a luxurious touch, and the living room foot spa was a treat. Spacious rooms, nearby amenities, and excellent coffee from the downstairs café made it even better. Friendly, helpful staff ensured a great experience. Highly recommend!

The hot spring was certified and fills up fairly fast due to the big bathtub I had. Love the tiles in the shower area. Bed was good.

The holder for the shower head in the showers was faulty and kept slipping down. Water pressure could be better since they managed it for the hot spring. The Neon lights outside the windows was abit glaring for night time, curtains were not able to totally cover the windows.

we have a big and private elevator to access our room..... we enjoy the spa inside our bathroom and also we enjoy the foot spa at the living room.... 😍 supermarket and restaurants just nearby within walking distance

The room is spacious and the in room onsen is spacious too. The bonus of staying this hotel is the cafe downstairs that served very good and uniquely roasted coffee. We can order and have it delivered to our room. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay alot.

Large room and comfortable hot spring bath

A little difficult to spot the building as signs were not lit at night. Pillows were too soft. Strong smell of coffee beans being roasted in the morning

The view of the room was incredible and the hot tub bigger than what I expected.

They don’t have baby bath for infants, but still provide a cot.

Everything else was great. Very large, bright, very clean, very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Very nice onsen. Very nice, convenient location Would definitely consider staying again and can recommend.

All of the facilities in room were excellent except the shower fitting, which was very poor Very strict about check in times No drink offered while waiting to to check in. No one on site after 2000. Very unusual in accommodation at this price. In most hotels of this class and price, and even cheaper, there is free coffee or tea etc in reception area There was a balcony in room but the door was locked and we were told we could not access it, which is a bit weird These were not major problems but could be very easily remedied.
