The location of our trullo was perfect. It was a bit farther away from the center of town, so it was nice and quiet and peaceful at night, but close enough to the main part of town to make it easily accessible. The staff was fabulous and friendly, and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

The only (very minor) problem we had was that the coffee maker in our trullo wasn't working, and we told the front desk about it twice, but nothing was done about it. It was clearly just a small misunderstanding (perhaps the front forgot to tell someone), because when I mentioned it again at check-out, the manager was quite embarrassed and offered a small gift as compensation, which was perfect. Everyone makes mistakes, but this one was handled very well.

It was for sure a wonderful experience to stay in a Trullo and I am glad that I decided to celebrate my birthday this way.The Trullo inside was not the same as in the advertisement but still beautiful. The bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast was great!!!

I think what I hated the most that when the gentleman showed me the location it was hidden in a narrow alleyway and the window from the room could not be opened because it was a private property with other people easily looking into the bedroom. Above all, the gentleman told me that after they close the reception, there is a 24 hours contact person but when I asked them at 11pm how to turn the air conditioning off because it was unbearably cold, noone answered, so I totally switch the main electricity switch off and that meant I could not charge my phone and other stuff at night. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

The location and the staff were the stars. The Trullis were very cute and fun. Rooms were well heated and safe. Breakfast was world class and the service first rate. The owners contracted us a ride from the bus station to the faculty which really helped as Uber was non existent. They also were very helpful with dining and sightseeing suggestions. Great ambassadors of the city.

The beds could be updated with new mattresses.

This is such a lovely, unusual setting. The room was cool. We had a lovely, comfortable night. Breakfast is served downstairs in a wine cellar so quirky lots of little gift shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it

Car park up the road so might be difficult for someone to carry their luggage to their hut. There is no trolley service or set down area to drop out your luggage.

Alberobello is a Fantastic location and extremely charming. I rented a car and there is a parking lot walking distance to the trulli for only $6 a day (24 hours). Super convenient and cheap. if you are staying longer than a day you can pay all up front. Cost me $18 for 3 days and come a go to explore the region.

Wonderful place, great location, friendly staff however the bed was very uncomfortable for me. It was a futon type mattress so for anyone who is used to a futon, it would be ok. I couldn't sleep, way to hard and not comfy at all.

Location, staff, and atmosphere are excellent and iconic. Francesco was an excellent host who went above and beyond, coming to help us with parking and luggage on arrival and again on departure. Grazie Francesco!

The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet. Steps down in to the breakfast room very steep and awkward if your balance is not good..

Staying in a Trulli house was magical, made even lovelier with a unexpected upgrade to a bigger suite. Francesco was an amazing host from carrying our luggage to the Trulli to recommending the most incredible dinner experience. Francesco even put in an appearance at the restaurant to make sure we were having a good time! Such a funny man, we laughed a lot! He was a perfect host and I wanted to take him home!!

great location , right within the heart of the trullo area - the property was of great size and very charming

shower without curtain/division from the rest of the bathroom would have preferred more robust boundary features than a few potted plants dividing the backyards of one house to that of the other for privacy

We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to stay here! All aspects made for a very special stay. The kind and helpful host, the fully equipped, adorable trullo, and the easy access to all parts of town were wonderful, so much so that we would love to return one day and stay in exactly the same trullo!

Fun to stay in a trullo, and it was very spacious and well-equipped. Location was ideal; off the busy streets but close enough to see everything. The area was very crowded with tour groups during the day, so it was great to have the evening and early morning to see the sights of Alberobello when the streets were emptier. Breakfast (in a nearby cafe) was excellent). Also enjoyed sitting out on the back patio.

We had some difficulty locating the reception (though once we found it, everything went very quickly).
