It had a good vibe and esthetic.

I wasn't aware that I was going to be charged but then refunded once I checked out with no damages. Which is understandable but I was not made aware of this and it was embarrassing when my card declined at the hotel and if I had not been able to come up with another card at that time for them to charge I would have been screwed because my rooms were prepaid and non refundable and I am from Tennessee and would have been out of luck.

No microwave in the rooms is terrible when you have kids and they want something quick. No ice machine on the floors is also not good when you have numerous sporting teams there for tournaments. The bathroom doors want stay closed when you're using the bathroom. Not a terrible hotel but some amenities are a necessity to have when you are away from home and don't have the ability to cook on your own.

Very nice property with great staff. Especially liked the lobby bar to relax and unwind. Super nice that there was an adoptable dog sponsored by the hotel and there were so many nice dogs staying the night. The bathroom wallpaper was a hoot.

Hallways were dark (I know that’s trendy but also a little creepy). Bathroom sink area lighting was inadequate to apply makeup. It would be nice to have a nightstand clock.

My teenage son and nephew had such a great time in the lounge lobby /gym/ pool area , all open 24 hrs! It was such a fun experience for them and they did not get bored , which is a big deal for teenagers !

Breakfast items were a bit pricey but there are so many restaurant options in the area that it wasn’t a problem !

The property is close to the interstate east to get to and not far from what Mooresville has to offer.

The ambience is little too dark for my taste. Walking through the hallway the walls are so dark with the dim lighting it almost gives the horror film vibe. The shower area offers no privacy if you are traveling with others or kids, as it is an open concept.

Very modern and liked having a bar in the lobby. Very personable, professional staff!!

Not enough lighting in the bathroom and only one sink. Also the bathroom light shined through to the bedroom. Wall was not solid. No microwave in room. Wi-Fi wasn’t consistent. Had to reboot TV several times.

Modern, fun vibes, great bar area, comfy bed & free water in the room.

No iron in the room, I always like some sort of continental breakfast, and had to ask for a complimentary water upon exit which appeared to be an exception.

Easily accessible location with ample parking. Very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was lovely. Bar stays busy. Patrons were quiet and respectful, so there wasn’t any noise heard from the room. Pool water was warm and very comfortable. Gym is nice. Nice outdoor spaces to hang out. Keireg in the room was a nice feature. Nice speaker in the room. High scale small fridge in the room with glass shelves.

Pocket door to toilet doesn’t have a lock to it. Shower is exposed to the room so it wouldn’t be a good idea for a family stay.

Perfect location for kart training/racing at Trackhouse in Mooresville; bright, new, clean and comfortable

Breakfast could be a lot better - lots of choices and a very early start to the service in the mornings, but the cooked choices are very greasy and not that great

Place was beautiful.

Management price gauged do to hurricane Helene. Charged me double the rate even though I came from Asheville and had no place else to go. Also I booked wrong date and they wouldn't refund money for that or give a credit.
