The bed was clean and comfortable so were the pillows we had a good night sleep, in the morning however when we got in the shower there was no body and shampoo in the soap dispenser, when we did our checkout we took the time too inform the front desk and they said that they will inform the cleaning lady. We found the room was perfect for the time we stayed.

That there was no body soap and shampoo in the shower dispenser 😢 we were in the shower when we realized that the dispenser was empty 😢

The bed was comfortable. The price is afforadable compared to other hotels. The unit was clean. I've seen this too in the past but every around 11-1pm there are people who sre cleaning the room. It has refrigerator, hair blower, iron for clothes, towels shampoo and conditioner, coffee maker and cups and TV. The wifi is also strong. This is my second time staying at this place and I would still choose it over other places because its affordable but very clean and comfortable.

The elevator seems old and the bath tub seems to be blocked somehow, its slow to drain.

Quiet hotel even when busy. Comfortable room with standard amenities. Nice lounge area in reception where we could wait for family members out of the weather. Free hot drinks in reception. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed for a week and it would have been good to have one room cleaning during that time, but understand that this is what helps keep prices low.

A clean and very affordable room. Excellent location close to the highway and beside several restaurants and gas stations and stores if you need to pick things up. About a 20 min drive into the old City.

Bed was very soft and AC didn't work very well.

Eventhough I only booked the hotel for a barely overnight stay - the room was clean, big enough for a 2 double bed, and the beds were comfortable.

The channels on the tv were majority in French -should have an english channel or a subtitles. Free bottled waters would be great -but there is free cofee so it was fine.

Nice and cozy room with everyting you need. The staff was helpful, available 24/7. Coffee available in the lobby all day long.

The only minor thing was no light at the entrance to the room.

The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants for breakfast and dinner too.

The towels in the bathroom were losing threads and had holes in them. And a couple of sheets had strings in the hems coming undone. I think that the laundry facilities shoud check to make sure that old and damaged towels and sheets should be replaced and not used anymore.

spacious,clean, comfortable,close to eating establishments and small convenience stores. Also good value for money. Good bus links to old Quebec and reasonable price if you buy the 24 hour bus pass which was obtainable from the gas station close by.

A little bit noisy at times being close to the highway but,no problem really.

Very fast check in and check out. Efficient. Beds were comfortable and the room overall was clean. Had all the necessities covered. Across from a plaza with a Tim Hortons and other basics. Convenient location.

Did not have room service, unless requested. Room did not have towel, we asked for it. They asked us to go downstairs to get it, instead of bringing it upstairs. Bad conditioner. Coffee in reception was paid, and in the room we had instant coffee - not ideal.
