Very friendly staff from reception to restaurant. Large room king size bed with airco and fridge. Water dispenser at every level. Fair price for the room. Breakfast and diner are simply, but tasty. No typical Spanish recipes or original dishes at the restaurant. During my stay, customers were discreet and polite, mainly are Ukrainians. The whole hotel is very clean. I haven’t used the swimming pool and the gym.

Mattress in my room need to be changed. Hard to find a free parking place in the neighborhood (white places). The green parking areas are very costly (pay per hour).

The apartment was comfortable for a holiday. Good comfortable bed, clean bed linen. The room has a fridge to cool drinks, wardrobe, large mirror, sofa, armchair, TV. Hot water without temperature fluctuations, shower gel, hairdryer and even a bidet. The wi-fi worked perfectly. There is a small balcony. The staff were friendly, check in was quick, service was comfortable. The hotel has a terrace with stunning views of the city and the sea where you can relax, have a coffee or champagne, there is a swimming pool. On Wednesdays a Ukrainian girl with an amazing jazz voice sings on the terrace which is a nice bonus. You can get to the sea by different routes, it took us about 15 minutes, but there are several beaches in Lloret De Mar and it is everyone's choice and for us it was an advantage as we like to walk along the Spanish streets. I would recommend this hotel for a stay and it was a pleasant experience.

Central location but nice and quiet. Large clean room and balcony. Good breakfast buffet and tray of cooked eggs and salad to order. Arrived in a heavy rain storm soaked to the skin on my motorcycle but (English speaking) reception quickly checked me in and got me settled in. Parking for motorcycles on free street parking just up the street, no issues.

Everything was wonderful: the rooms had a fresh renovation, large beds, and free water coolers on every floor. Near the hotel, you can find free parking for your car, which is a rarity in this area. The staff was pleasant.

Far from the sea, the hotel is located on a hill, so you need to climb up. I've stayed at this hotel more than once, and the quality exceeds the price.

I read alot of - /+ reviews prior to me booking this hotel. From my experience my room was cleaned regularly, friendly and helpful staffs. Hygiene level is awesome A mini fridge which was a great deal. Availability of cold and hot water dispenser in the hallway Swimming pool is spotless. Lots of variety in the breakfast 🥣 Very peaceful hotel and shops are nearby Spacious room and our A/C was fine. A bus stop outside the hotel I will be back again.

WiFi coverage can be improved

The rooftop garden and pool area was excellent. The room was clean fresh and welcoming. Staff were friendly. The hotel decor was classy without being outdated.

We were charged full price for an evening buffet meal and although tasty was cool which was a real shame.ouy

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Room was smaller, but we just want to sleepover one night, so everything was OK.

The position is quite tricky, at night was absolutely imposible to park near, but very close is big parking place, so we left car there.

Fantastic room and rooftop terrace.

When asking about the wifi connection, we were told that it works 50/50, this was not as assuring as it stated on the website. The location of the hotel is on a very steep hill, another factor that should be mentioned on the website. The hotel needs sound proofing walls.

Clean and modern room with very comfortable beds and pillows. I even had a full bath and a bidet. Really nice terrace and a decent breakfast included.

Not in the best area but not much of a walk down to the sea.

Breakfast. Because few quest in the hotel the kitchen crew made a personalised breakfast according my requests.

Rooms are noisy. I sleep with earplugs in than it is no problem.
