Very helpful and nice staff and that’s the biggest plus of this hotel, all are just friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The staff made our stay comfortable and fun. Good breakfast, nice pool. Location is also perfect , close to the town centre and the beach but not too close to be noisy and annoying.

Some of the facilities especially in the rooms are old and need refreshment . Tiles look bad , terrace floor looks bad. Our shower cabin was very tiny with short curtain and it was impossible to leave the floor not wet even if you really tried . Rooms cannot be closed from the inside which was problem with small kids running everywhere all the time.

The hotel had ample off road parking at the front. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean throughout. The breakfast had a good selection of continental style bread, croissants, cold meats and cheese as well as bacon and eggs (fried and scrambled); fruit and yoghurts were also available and coffee was plentiful. The pool was a good size and clean.

I asked for two rooms , both with two single beds. What I got was one with two singles and the other with a double. The double bedroom was smaller than the singles one and had no balcony. My friends were in the double and did not want to complain, so I didn’t. This is my only negative comment about the hotel.

The large four person room we booked had more facilities than we had expected. It was a bit outdated, but very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and better than we had expected. The location is great, close to the town center and close to the beaches.

Maintenance of the building could be a little better

All was good, room was okay, had all necessary things, good for one or two nights stay

The floor in our room was cleaned but we could still smell the chemicals used (probably one or two additional wipes of the floor would help)

Nice clean room and bathroom with patio. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Light didn’t work on wall at bedside. Air con uncontrollable. Room a Little tired.

The staff were fantastic. Sofia, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was nice, breakfast was good and the room spacious and clean. The location was fantastic! Lots of restaurants, shopping and the beach is not far. The area comes alive at night! Parking is free too which is a huge plus!

The pool area needed some seating and more umbrellas. The ac did not work in the room. Although the breakfast was good, it would be better if cheese was kept in a seperate area from the cured meats because some guests used the same utensils to pick up the cheese and meats. As I eat halal, it put me off eating cheese and limited what I could eat.

Staffs are very nice and accomodating,breakfast buffet was great,the swimming pool was big,terrace was spacious.rooms have air conditioner.in hotel lobby they have freebies for clients and dogs.

Terrace and bathroom are bigger than the bedroom.they dont have mini fridge for water or any drinks to cool,

Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to the good beaches. Breakfast is very good

Nothing major to dislike, I felt the hotel was clean and comfortable, our room was dated and in need of tiling in bathroom and new towels

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast although there’s not much variety. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The terrace in our room was great. Super children-friendly.
