Central location, pleasant atmosphere, decent breakfast. The decor is very nice. Convenient if you want to be close to the shopping\restaurants of the village.

Our room (the last available, which was strange as the hotel looked pretty empty), was very small and had just one window opening to a small alley, rather depressing. The common areas are very small.

I realize that in the mountains the nights get cooler, but there was no air conditioning available in my room during my stay. We were given fans, but for a hotel of this caliber A/C should be a given.

Beautiful hotel in a nice location. All the staff was extremely helpful, very well trained. The masseuse is excellent.

I have a bad back and the bed was too hard. I was given a "surmatelas" but it was not thick enough.

Staff really are excellent, whomever is in charge of recruitment has done a great job - interior of hotel is beautiful, spa is lovely.

No air con in room and couldn't open the windows as noisy outside.
